Came into purchase IPhone 17Pro. Salesman named Eriberto Flores told me I had to delete 12-15 apps and multiple pictures, videos and text messages from my old phone in order to do a phone transfer from old IPhone 14 to the new phone. Went to another location and they did what he could not do in 30 minutes. The other Verizon also told me I did not have to delete anything from my old phone.
