Great service, manager Nick. Kay and Noel, knowledgeable, friendly with input and hands on management.
Absolutely devastating that 2 senior citizens can’t get the proper help to switch phone carriers and activate their new iPhones without being told they would be charged an additional fee. “ its best to do it on your own, or we would have to charge you $50” leaving my parents to activate their phones through Verizon customer service because they couldn’t receive calls. This isn’t okay and should be addressed as well as corrected.
