Unfortunately the Humble location does not provide customer service . I would not recommend any to go to this location nor to get a business plan .
Im really sad for everyone who had a bad experience, because ours was the complete opposite. Morris was the young man who helped my husband and I switch from another provider, and got us both some great rates AND new devices! (The trade in deals were ) I personally am loving my recent switch from Apple to Android, the Galaxy Flip 7 is so CUTE But yeah, the process was long (due to the previous provider's yadda-yadda) but Morris was patient and informative. We are very happy new customers so far!

Terrible service, I asked about new phones and the staff did not want to help me , because I was not authorized to make changes. I said why can’t they show me the phones , I said wanted to just ask about the phones they would not help. So I went to the kingwood store and he never ask about the account. And he went through all the phones. So I bought a Google 9, IPhone 16 pro max , and I watch series 10. So because they didn’t want to help me they lost out on three sales. Maria is the worst business representative ever!! I wish I could rate a -200. Verizon put a phone on my bill they received back and someone signed for it. I contacted Maria June 15th and she wasn’t even professional enough to call me back or apologize. She just had someone call me from customer service. I asked to have the general manager call me back and just like Maria, no response. Now I see where she gets it from.
