Terrible service, I asked about new phones and the staff did not want to help me , because I was not authorized to make changes. I said why can’t they show me the phones , I said wanted to just ask about the phones they would not help. So I went to the kingwood store and he never ask about the account. Maria is the worst business representative ever!! I wish I could rate a -200. Verizon put a phone on my bill they received back and someone signed for it. I contacted Maria June 15th and she wasn’t even professional enough to call me back or apologize. She just had someone call me from customer service. I asked to have the general manager call me back and just like Maria, no response. Now I see where she gets it from.
