It was an absolute disaster. The Verizon representatives at the wells road store in Orange park Florida are the most unprofessional employees. Extremely lazy and unwilling to help in any way. I had inquired about the internet and was told my address had great reception. Turns out it had the lowest coverage and when the employee Darnell was told this 11 days later when I was canceling it his response was "whatever the commission went through". I just came by to pick up an order I placed online and was helped by Darnay. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable and helped me to realize I could get a new tablet for free as part of my new phone purchase.
VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Verizon customer service told me to come here due to it being a cooperate location. I look to see what time they open and it says 10am. I pull up at 9:32 and wait for 10am. One car was already here waiting another pulled up 5 mins later both just sitting in the car, here it is 10:09am and all doors shut and metal gates still down. Horrible customer service! Location’s manager who is pictured in other reviews seems bothered to help when you walk in and lacks a skillset to make things right when they go wrong. I was ready to purchase a pixel cell phone case and drove down to purchase it. The manager directed his sales associate to ring me up.
