We walked in on Saturday with an issue and was treated like the workers didnt want to be bothered. And when our issue couldn't tbe fixed, we asked a question about the internet and still never got the answer we were looking for. The service at this store would make a long time customer want to change services.
Such a long story in just 24 hours. Bought my mom a new phone and phone screen through the app. One hour later, says order is ready for pick up! Great start! Get there, they insist on you sitting there to get your phone stuff transferred. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. It's so freaking easy if you know tech well enough. This verizon store is amazing. Everytime you walk in they are helpful. I just worked with Bree and she helped us and kept us laughing. She is top notch!!!!
Do not recommend at all. Go to another carrier. Over priced and terrible service. Phone messed up. They gave me multiple numbers to call that was going to be so helpful because they couldn't help. Neither number was what he said it was and was stuck calling tech support again. Ended up spending over 2 hours on the phone with tech support that we couldn't understand and he couldn't understand us.
