After dealing on the phone with no success, we went to the Verizon store on wells road. The store rep that helped us, Jeremiah, was very pleasant and helped us with no issues. I would recommend this store for any of your media needs. Thanks again, Jeremiah!
Shout out to JQ who took the time to solve my issue after 2 days of trying to get help on the phone, online, and at a separate store location. Even though he wasn't able to access my account on his own, he called customer service and was able to navigate through their system where I couldn't on my own. I was finally able to access the deal that I was offered when I logged in!

have been with Verizon cellular company since January 2025 Isigned up. I switched over from AT&T. To Verizon I obtained service with the pay off your phone promotion this was . It is now August 21, 2025. I have yet to have my phones through AT&T paid off in the negligence of your company AT&T has put my payment of my phones into collections because they have yet to be paid off by Verizon I have submitted all the documentation that I was supposed to submit as well as Verizon.
