This verizon store is amazing. Everytime you walk in they are helpful. I just worked with Bree and she helped us and kept us laughing. She is top notch!!!!
Do not recommend at all. Go to another carrier. Over priced and terrible service. Phone messed up. They gave me multiple numbers to call that was going to be so helpful because they couldn't help. Neither number was what he said it was and was stuck calling tech support again. Ended up spending over 2 hours on the phone with tech support that we couldn't understand and he couldn't understand us. It was an absolute disaster. The Verizon representatives at the wells road store in Orange park Florida are the most unprofessional employees. Extremely lazy and unwilling to help in any way. I had inquired about the internet and was told my address had great reception. Turns out it had the lowest coverage and when the employee Darnell was told this 11 days later when I was canceling it his response was "whatever the commission went through".
