Horrible workers at this location. Was quoted a trade in price as i was wanting to upgrade an old iphone and they tell you one thing on the phone to get you in the door, and then when you are there in person they tell you the promotion expired and is online only now. I tried getting help to do the promotion online and the gentleman was very belligerent when i used the word ya'll and he turned the whole ordeal into a race issue and didn't want to help me anymore. I had a HORRIBLE experience with my replacement through Asurion. I pay almost $20/ month for insurance and then had to pay a 100$ deductible. Once the replacement device came I spent HOURS on the phone just for the call center to be unable to activate the new phone. I gave up and went to this location, desperate and frustrated. Tiffany Brown took great care of me and had me in and out in no time.
a verizon store but the inside is Cellular Sales where customers need another lesson on how much better they are..but they have limited stock compared to a company Verizon store. way too long a story to tell. By default I have just purchased a phone and tablet for next 36 months...after a 30 day trial. which was nice to learn a new Samsung. I've been with Verizon for over 24 yrs! enjoy..
Just seen two employees treat two ladies like shit and then the two employees got offended by the word y'all when it's a southern word not a racial word and then black list them like that. I took photos of the two employees and would not recommend this location let alone those two employees I'd take business elsewhere a different phone company.
