Horrible customer service! Location’s manager who is pictured in other reviews seems bothered to help when you walk in and lacks a skillset to make things right when they go wrong. I was ready to purchase a pixel cell phone case and drove down to purchase it. The manager directed his sales associate to ring me up. I had a question about the price when the item initially rang up. The associate takes the item to their manager and then comes back to the register without it. The guys were very friendly and nice at this location...... There are always trying to convince you to upgrade your phone.... I know that's their job.... What they were still nice anyway showing us the ipads and the different deals that you can get..... Cause I have an old phone that I really am attached to...... Not really ready to give it up yet.... But I'll go back to this location when I'm ready to change my phone over
In the most genuine way I can say this - very very rude and unwelcoming staff Sent my authorized account holder to pick up two of the sale items for a 16 pro max and apparently “he didn’t want to give them “. Funny because they’re on sale online… for pickup at that location even. . Even after attempting to give order number, or even the product name itself (to literally purchase it on site) and history the employee was still unwilling to help the customer. Truly offensive to say the least.
Verizon is the most untrustworthy company I would never recommend them
