I went to the store, as per Verizon corporate sales team, on 3/25/2025 @ 6:20. I received an email stating my 2 phones that I upgraded were both in and ready for pick up. Proceeded to the front desk and were not greeted with a friendly and curious manor. After making phone calls to support they told me there is an issue with the trade in devices. I would like to give a “shout out” to Paul Simms at the Verizon store on Kirkwood Highway. I made an appt on March 12 to bring in my 86 yr old mother to upgrade her OLD AT&T 7yr old Samsung phone. He was patient, listened to her, and helped us get a great iPhone 15 on the Verizon network. He worked tirelessly to save and move her pictures and made sure she had everything she needed. You are a rare asset to Verizon and a beautiful person. We thank you for all your help!
