As a loyal Verizon customer for over 15years, I am profoundly disappointed by the service I received. This review is for the evening shift of 9/23. I bought the Z Fold 7 on Sunday 9/21. The camera became filled with condensation on day 1 without any water contact. I was instructed over the phone to bring the phone in for an exchange. Jose denied to take it and was very hostile about the situation. I asked to add another line to get a new phone and was just stared at with blank faces. I felt that the representatives at this particular store are not there to help. There is no basic customer service sense. I would rather deal with online agents than ever go to the store again. The representative wasn't sure, or unable to help.
This review is specifically for this Verizon store and the xceptional costumer service and experience with this Verizon stores sales rep Naghiya (or Geniya forgot her name). who assisted me on several occasions.
