Initially this was going to be a 1 star due to prior experience with a staff member who refused to assist me with a return that was clearly allowed in store. Josh, a completely different associate changed that experience and not only handled my return, but assist with additional discounts, discussion of a business account and more. Josh has earned my business back for Verizon and is great to work with.

Terrible service. Don't go this store. They don't care when you have any issue.
I have been with Verizon for over 17 years. Customer service has completely fell flat. 1. Don't advertise you have FiOS and not accept your product returns. 2. Smile, apologize and ask if there is something else you can help with. 3. You keep raise prices and now you have lost 100s of thousandsnof customers you actually are offer rate locks but you won't keep my original price from 6 months ago. Good bye!
one of the worst customer service ever. they won’t even ask if you need help. they just leave you standing there. 2nd time years later, and it is the same.
