Great store. I was in and out quickly with the item I needed. The employee was very friendly and helpful. The store is stocked with everything you need for your phone.

Sekou was seriously amazing. I was visiting from out of town and in a situation where I needed a new phone/solution to breaking my phone within the day. After going to two other Verizon stores in this city, this store/Sekou was the only one to take the time to explore my viable options instead of pawning me off to the third party insurance store. I got a brand new phone within the day and was spared a ton of stress and what little time I had left in the city. I owe Sekou my life!

No posted prices. They charged me way more for a charger than I should have paid. Go elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience here. My wife needed a new phone and was doing the free upgrade for trade-in deal. Right off the bat, the dude in sales was smarmy and creepy, making dumb and offensive jokes. He clearly had a bunch of canned lines. That was weird enough, but not even the worst part. He messed up the trade-in and promo completely, such that we had no way to return the phone - he didn’t designate a store to return it to and we didn’t receive a shipping QR code or return kit. Go to a corporate run Verizon store, they are a retailer - to date the worst service experience I have ever encountered, felt taken advantage of and the owner screamed at me. Alber did not disclose my phone had insurance, the other associate said verbatim "his job is to sell phones, why would he tell you if you had insurance?" The other associate told me he didn't want to spend time switching my phone line because he doesn't make a commission on that.
