Go to a corporate run Verizon store, they are a retailer - to date the worst service experience I have ever encountered, felt taken advantage of and the owner screamed at me. Alber did not disclose my phone had insurance, the other associate said verbatim "his job is to sell phones, why would he tell you if you had insurance?" The other associate told me he didn't want to spend time switching my phone line because he doesn't make a commission on that. Bought a phone that didn't work. Tried to return within the week. Wouldn't take it back. Avoid and go to another Verizon store! This place had such limited inventory.

After going to another location and getting horrible customer service when trying to get a new iPhone; I felt discouraged. I came to this location and Albert went above and beyond to help me get a new iPhone and set it up.

Very disappointed by my recent experience at the Verizon store. I arrived at 2:41 PM to a sign that read, “Back in 10 minutes.” Other customers were already waiting, and we all stood outside in the cold. After waiting outside for 40 minutes, the employee finally returned. When he did, he casually strolled up saying that he had to take care of his personal finances at the bank.
