Saw there was a trade in and new line promotion in June. Took advantage of both so I traded in two devices for new phones and added a new line. It took almost 3 hours. Afterward, when I received my Verizon bill, there were additional services charged to my account that I specifically told the Verizon employee that I did not need. Came in for help with a billing issue, was greeted by the "store manager" Pam and immediately dismissed our concerns. Told us they cannot help us in store and left it at that. This is a Verizon "company store" and they can only help you if you are here for sales. Yet I went to an authorized retailer and received more assistance than this store. Pam (shift manager I think?) was an absolute pro helping me with multiple issues, in crisis mode. Had problems with all my business lines getting messed up by a plan upgrade with future devices (long story), I came in before closing and they helped address the immediate issues, it was A LOT of fast problem solving and focus on her part but I walked away with all my issues taken care of. I was freaking out too when I walked in, couldn’t get tech support on the line Thanks team
