This review is for Verizon overall not this store but my god…we’ve wasted 5 hours to get our discount for having a paperless bill and autopay from a bank. They’ve been stealing our money for 3 months and when we call and use the chat they talk to us like we’re the dumb ones that set it up wrong when really there’s some broken bug. So we come to the store and these ppl have no power to do anything and stuck us on the phone again with some idiot. Wasting another 2 hours. OMG. I try coming at different times and they're so often busy. Not very personable on greeting, and it took me 2 visits to get the answer I needed.
Do not go to this Verizon. They are USELESS. Pretty soon they will all be out of jobs and everything will be automated anyway since they don’t want to help you in the store. Matter of fact, dump Verizon all together. Trash company. Trash employees. Trash prices.
