Super excited trade in my old gear for a fresh new galaxy ultra watch and a new flip 6 phone. Process pretty smooth and then the we don't have any of either of those in stock. We mostly carry iPhone. I didn't realize I walked into the apple store? Then when trading my watch it died and they had no charger no would they "find" one to help. That Sunday morning crew could care less about helping anyone, everyone on their phone not even looking at you when you talk to them.
