Pretty busy when I was there, but, the employee that helped me was excellent! Very patient and answered all my questions.
I received a Verizon offer to upgrade my Pixel 7 to a Pixel 10 pro and the would pay of my phone. I went to this location as the Barry Rd location could not help me near my house. I was not greeted just asked what I wanted , in hurry up were busy tone of voice, put in the que and told have a seat and they "would get with me when they can." When the finally got to me it took another 30 plus min to explain the experience at the Barry Road store (to Luke I think was his name) and the offer and then for him to get the offer to w... read more
