Cole at the location on 135th and Metcalf is awesome! Helped my husband and myself switching to a new phone. His friendliness and customer service was above and beyond. He deserves to be recognized!!!
Issues with phone set-up for elderly mother. Long wait time for the process. Too much upselling. Now get an email stating she has to return her old phone 8 days later when that was not told her when phone was purchased. Horrible experience.
