Update: 5 months later and the billing problem still exists. I still have the original quote, but I’m paying significantly more than what I was promised. Also, I’m still being charged for a phone that’s was supposed to be free. I’ve been dealing with this for 5 months at the store level. Any time they “fix” it, it goes right back the following month. I have nothing, but amazing and kind words to state regarding Alli and Lizetth. Lizetth simplified the problem, she was organized and proficient at outlining our plan of action, and they executed that plan of action to perfection. I cannot wait to have any opportunity to return to this store and work with this tandem. "Customer service" is some kind of bad joke. Unable to cancel the very plan I signed up for in store? I understand that the individuals working here are likely hamstrung by greater Verizon policies, but what the actual hell. When I last needed an upgrade, the sales experience was unnaturally slow. Even more, the actual monthly price (for a single line) was $60 more than quoted. I was assured this was temporary, and that promotions would kick in within a month or two. Cole at the location on 135th and Metcalf is awesome! Helped my husband and myself switching to a new phone. His friendliness and customer service was above and beyond. He deserves to be recognized!!!
