Poor Customer Service—Stay Away!! I’ve had a consistently terrible experience with this Verizon store. The customer service is extremely poor, and they do not take responsibility for resolving issues. Despite my multiple attempts to speak with the store manager, Steve, nothing was resolved until I pushed harder and even then, they removed a promotion I had already received, making the situation worse. Super excited trade in my old gear for a fresh new galaxy ultra watch and a new flip 6 phone. Process pretty smooth and then the we don't have any of either of those in stock. We mostly carry iPhone. I didn't realize I walked into the apple store? Then when trading my watch it died and they had no charger no would they "find" one to help. That Sunday morning crew could care less about helping anyone, everyone on their phone not even looking at you when you talk to them.
