I had a wonderful experience with Jordan and Alex at Verizon wireless. They were both incredibly helpful, efficient, and patient with helping customers with their issues. They took their time to make sure everything was handled thoroughly, all while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. It’s very rare to find people that balance knowledge with genuine care, but Jordan and Alex went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress free. Excellent customer service - I truly appreciate their dedication!
This morning, Nick from Verizon went above and beyond helping my 86-year-old grandpa sort out his devices and bill after the recent loss of his wife. What could have been a really heavy and emotional task turned into something lighthearted—Nick was patient, kind, compassionate, and even had my grandpa laughing through the whole process (which is no small feat when dealing with tech and emotions at the same time). This is a corporate run store in one of the nicest areas in all of the Kansas City. But the service is TERRIBLE & the people that work there are very rude & are VERY commission hungry!! My last time there, almost had me convinced to move to another cell phone company!! My father also went there & they treated him even worse & that's shocking considering that he's a retired military veteran & is handicapped. Had a problem with our account and was having zero luck with calling in. Stopped by the store and Steve helped us out. It was a long process of two hours but he hung in there and finished it up and got a resolution for us finally. Get service from Steve!
