The company sucks. These people suck. Worst experienc ever.
Alec saved they the day in minutes! One of our company phones seemed to freeze. Alec had it open in seconds! He identified and turned off the function that was causing the problem! Professional greet, immediate action, and results! What else can the end-user ask for? Nothing really!! Thanks ALEC!! The worst automated customer service line, doesn’t get you to were you need. Has you on hold longer than it says just not worth it.
This location used to be a disaster. What took me 2-3 hours when I visited a few years ago, took less than 10-minutes this time. They got new ownership of the franchise in February 2025 and that is a good thing. I even ordered the wrong phone online and they made the exchange in no time.
