been at Verizon member since before they bought altel. I was an alltel member. I can't remember the last time a Verizon store provided me with decent customer service. Tonight at this location the two guys working are too busy cutting jokes and hanging out with whoever they're supposed to be selling a phone to. I sat in there for 40 minutes just to try and return my old phone. I had gotten a new one couple weeks ago and had 30 days to return it. which the customer service when I bought the new phone was not great either. If ... read more
