Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough great things about the staff at this store. I was there two days in a row getting set up with my new phone. I need to say I am not tech-savvy. The company sucks. These people suck. Worst experienc ever.
Alec saved they the day in minutes! One of our company phones seemed to freeze. Alec had it open in seconds! He identified and turned off the function that was causing the problem! Professional greet, immediate action, and results! What else can the end-user ask for? Nothing really!! Thanks ALEC!!
