The worst automated customer service line, doesn’t get you to were you need. Has you on hold longer than it says just not worth it.
This location used to be a disaster. What took me 2-3 hours when I visited a few years ago, took less than 10-minutes this time. They got new ownership of the franchise in February 2025 and that is a good thing. I even ordered the wrong phone online and they made the exchange in no time.
I had the BEST customer service from Charles at the Ward Parkway store when updating a couple of phones on our plan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he found the best upgraded plans for my family. I definitely recommend Verizon! I'm a long-term customer and am happy that I chose Verizon so many years ago!
The new manager Alex is amazing, he helped me out with my new phone purchase and it was a breeze.
Buying a new phone is at the bottom of my list of things I enjoy doing, however Mariana and Alex made it very easy even though I was not a willing participant!! Turnaround time was 90 minutes which included the transfer of all my data to the new phone and making sure it was set up correctly.
