I have gone in to the Ward Parkway shop twice this last week, and all of the staff have been so friendly. They have worked to get me the best deal, and the two gentlemen tonight even stayed late and went above and beyond to assist me. I have been very pleased with this location :)

Very helpful! We couldn’t get our new phones to change over after we recieved them and Alex was so nice and helpful and got everything squared away. We really appreciated his help.

Justin was so amazing! I went in with an old phone that had been having issues. I thought it might be time to purchase a new phone, but was not sure. Justin made the process of upgrading my phone so seamless and easy! I told him I had struggled with customer service of late, amongst various industries. He restored my faith in human to human interaction, and then some! Five stars plus for Justin!
