My husband and I are 23 year customers of Verizon. We’ve had several issues with Verizon but the most recent was a humdinger!!! We went to the Verizon store at Ward Pkwy. and Tamia worked with us tirelessly, spoke to V Customer Service for quite a while and was VERY knowledgeable, patient and kind. We are Seniors and have no tech savvy. She resolved our issue when we had dealt with multiple people both online and in-store. Adam was very nice
I was at that store 3 days ago and The store manager here is awful. He told me on the phone he’d take care of my broken Verizon device, but when I came in and waited 25+ minutes, he refused to help and tossed my phone aside. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this store.
We had a positive experience at this Verizon store at the Ward Parkway shopping center. Adam, one of the employees, went out of his way to help us with a customer service problem and need. He spent extra time looking for an extender for my father‘s cell phone. I wanted to thank him for his exceptional customer Service. Thank you!
