I was trying to swap devices online and the representative screwed up and none of my phones were working. Was told to go to the store. Already angry and frustrated and the sales person did his sales pitches before even fixing my issue. Read your customers and know when to do sales pitches! Fix the issue and make them happy before trying to sell more things on them!
Had to replace our old phones, had trouble setting them up, so back to the store we go 🤨. We sat down with Shimon ... he spent alot of time with us (seniors) and got us all set up. One of the best cellphone people we've EVER dealt with! Make a point to ask for him!
This place has never been helpful in the slightest it always sends me to the website. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because one seemingly friendly person with tattoos. Though he might just be trying to politely say that he doesn't want to help me now that I think about it.
I walked into Verizon just to buy a phone for my existing line. After being told I could add a new line and get an iPhone, iPad, and watch for “the same cost” I’m paying now, I asked for everything in writing — including the quote, contract, and my new monthly total. After wasting 1 hour and 40 minutes in the store, they sent me a quote showing an extra ~$90/month and could not provide the contract or even confirm my total new monthly cost. Their explanation?
