Shimon was phenomenal! His attention to detail and patience was absolutely unmatched! Really appreciated his support and customer service made it hands down easy decision to switch from a different carrier to Verizon.
Berto was super helpful and made the purchase experience seamless. Thank you.
Manager Caleb is absolutely amazing. He’s so courteous and knowledgeable. Appreciate him.
I really enjoyed both of my recent visits. I didn't have to wait long to be helped and the employees were friendly and helpful. I worked with the store Manager, Enrique, along with Juan and Shimone to purchase my new phone and start service and Juan when I traded my old phone in 2 weeks late for my rebate.
we had exceptional service from Berto @ Verizon today!
