We went to solve an issue that the phone company said was solved but didn’t solve. The worker supporting us was Samarfateh Singh and he was AMAZING. Cool calm and collected, ensured we had detailed support and stuck with us the whole time. Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store.
Waited over an hour to even get greeted. Managers and employees at this location don’t help at all. Had an issue with my bill and they had no intention to help. They simply brushed me off and told me to call service. Customer service is much worse.
Jacob was extremely patient and informative. Jacob took care of all my questions and needs . I'm very happy with the service he gave me
employees are just plain slow, walk-in and you might never get service even if it's not busy
