I had a very poor experience at this Verizon local store. I came in to return a phone from a canceled order, following the exact instructions provided to me by Verizon customer support over the phone. Very disappointing service. I had a poor experience with a staff member at this branch. The worker was unprofessional, impatient, and did not listen to my concerns. Instead of helping, they gave unclear information and showed no interest in resolving the issue. The tone was extremely rude and dismissive, which made the situation very frustrating. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, but this experience was the opposite. I hope management addresses this and provides better training. Educate your team members !!!

Purchased an Iphone 17 pro, paid it over the phone and the taxes too but was not allowed to pick it up due to not having a US ID. I presented a Philippine passport and a valid US visa but the agents kept insisting that it wasn't valid as it wasn't on their list of valid IDs. I asked for the reason but they said the rules are rules. It was a terrible experience. They didn't even dare check the system and verify the purchase. Communication is really bad from the sales to management. Been verizon customer for over 20+ yrs and worst experience when upgrading and trading a phone. Be aware of their sales tactics
