My wife and I came in to get our phones upgraded and the customer rep Levi made it incredibly easy to get our new phones for as cheap as possible! Absolutely zero problems getting them setup as well. He even stayed with us after closing to make sure our phones had everything transferred with no problems!

Went to Verizon to fix network problems, (Verizon is still a problematic company), however Darin the manager was amazing. He was currently training two new staff members and was very helpful to us during this time. He was polite, solved the problem and gave us excellent customer service. He was clearly understaffed and did not demonstrate this with his service. My family and I have been customers of Verizon for the past 20 years.
