I came in to get my iPhone unlocked after paying it off, and Tristan helped me out. He sat patiently and helped get me through to support. Throughout the 30 mins of us working to solve the issue, he was friendly and kind. Even helping out his associates when we had moments we were on hold. Luckily I got my phone unlocked! I was very impressed with his service, despite the fact I wasn’t making any purchases, and will gladly continue to be a Verizon customer.
