My phone recently shut down and I was having the worst time trying to access my account. Jorge was phenomenal in every way. He helped me understand what we could do and how much it would cost for both upgrading and insurance claim. I decided to upgrade and he was super patient and helpful with getting all of it setup! Thank you soooooooooo much Jorge! You’re the best!

Nate helped me today and was extremely helpful. It was also very helpful to have him to explain things and also understand what he was saying exactly. Go see him if you need to see someone in person.

My husband and I visited Verizon at The Landing in Renton and had a wonderful experience. Mya and Logan were very helpful. They both did an excellent job. They even stayed past closing time to make sure everything was finalized. I highly recommend this Verizon.
