Samien was so helpful with helping with our billing issue. He was kind, supportive, and very understanding with our issues and concerns. His customer service 10 out of a 10. I definitely will make this location my go to location from now on.
I visited this location believing it was a Verizon corporate store. I later learned it is operated by Cellular Sales, an authorized retailer. After a couple of months, I noticed my bill was higher than expected. I went to the Verizon location at Southcenter for help and discovered that insurance and other paid features had been added to my account without my permission. Came in to see what deals were available for a carrier switch. Sales were very courteous and yes they had deals with various options. I couldn't ask for better service. We ultimately took the deal and switch from AT&T. Our salesman took care of our old phones and migrated our data to our new ones. It was a great experience and service, I'd highly recommend this location. 👍🏽
