We went to another verizon store in locust grove and they took advantage of us and messed our account up. We’ve came to see Derek twice and he is the BEST!! He listens to your problems and will get anything resolved that is best for you! I highly recommend going to this location and if you can get Derek he’s the best but everyone up there is so nice and friendly! Will not go to another verizon location again!

What the hell happened to Verizon? We went in to upgrade our plan and buy two new phones and no one would sell them to us. We were perfectly willing to go through the pre-order process, but no one could seem to figure out how to implement their own damn procedures. We finally just walked out. We'll do it ourselves online, but we shouldn't have to. Nowhere near the in-store service we used to get.

Will never go back here. Customer service is horrible. Went there three days in a row to solve an issue, left the third time with the issue not being resolved. Wasted so much time here.

Terrible customer service. Not tentative at all. I watched four people come inside today and not even be greeted and then they left. This location needs to give it staff members training on customer service ASAP.
