I went to this store because I was sold a network locked phone. I was there to get my account number and pin to port back to my previous company but Casey and Rashad worked it out and I left with a iPhone 16 plus only paid the taxes I couldn’t thank them enough they were very helpful and professional and I can tell that they knew what they were doing and how to help I’m so grateful I saved a lot of money and I have a extra line to move my husband over as well and I will be checking out a Apple Watch very soon thanks you guys
Verizon, in the year of 2026 ABSOLUTELY nobody wants you calling them back-to-back (especially when they obviously aren’t answering ON A SATURDAY) to be cold called about some sale, in fact the fact it’s happened makes me want to switch carriers.
