I called today and they hung up on me twice. First I spoke with a very rude lady, then with a rude man. They told me I had to come in the store for whatever I need. They wouldn’t even let me ask my question. Sales Rep was less than interested in helping me. He seemed aloof… like he really didn’t know what he was doing. I was having issues with my I-16 Pro Max and was directed by Verizon help desk to go to the store for another phone. When I got to the store the rep told me I had to take it up with Apple since I didn’t have a warranty with Verizon. 16 years as a customer means nothing to these people. I chose to head to the nearest exit.
I sincerely thank God for a man named Elis. OMG! He is AWESOME! PLEASE, Verizon, hire more people like Elis!!! U R AWESOME! Thank you!
