Corporate owned store that had a wait but was able to do what I needed very quickly.
Just want to give a shout out to Mr Bernard who works at this location. Always has a friendly demeanor, and is eager to help you resolve any issue as fast as possible. He's a pleasure to do business with.
After having trouble with the overseas help from Verizon customer service phone line, i went to the store. The associate was very rude and condescending. He told me how he was able to do whatever i needed to make me happy. Then when he wasnt smart enough to figure it out, he got mad at me and started belittling me. Telling me i just have to wait 24 hours.
