Told me I didn't have insurance, which I did. Tried to over sell me a phone. Went to another Verizon store by sams club, found out I had insurance and got the same phone for half the price.
They were very helpful and respectful. Did everything to get what we wanted accomplished. Best experience I've had with a mobile phone carrier ever.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I was in this store yesterday and Dereck was the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever had to deal with! He kept getting upset when I would ask questions and kept trying to talk over me when I was asking questions. He got quite upset when I told him another employee a couple years ago helped me out with an insurance claim on my phone, Dereck told me “well you must have gotten lucky” then I asked him “so you can’t help me out?” He got very upset! Fraud. A year ago, I started using their Home Internet. I signed up for it when signing up for new phone, and got a “deal”. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, my home internet goes out. No apparent reason. Just gone. I spent the past two weeks working with tech support, calling every number they give me, going to stores, getting new routers, you name it!
