Came because my phone having issues with calls. Michael was awesome! He took the time to provide me options of what we could try and if it didn't work, checked to see what we could to get me a different phone. He real took the time to help, listen and find a solution! I left with the same phone and it works! Thank you so much Michael!
If google would allow for zero stars to leave a review I would. After sitting on a chat for over 45minutes I decided to stop into this store. There was no professionalism, no customer service. Before I left I asked for the store managers name so I could call in and let them know of this experience in which the representative became even ruder but did give me the name after she said it for the second time very slowly.
