After working with a different verizon store and person, I was thrilled that I came to this store and worked with bert period he fixed everything that I needed.And got me a new phone back. He did an awesome job!
I’ve been to all other Verizon stores in town and this is by far the best in service! I was greeted with a smile immediately. This is my main store from now on! Would highly recommend this location.
It's a little over a month past purchasing an upgrade and my review of the overall experience is that there was no personable treatment. I had to warm the salesman up to help me and there was no curteous heads up that this 51 dollar Puregear screen protector needs to be registered within a month of purchase if I want to claim it busting since it has a lifetime guarantee. It was awesome and very patient loved it
This is my first time ever writing a review, but I had to share the amazing experience I had with Mike. I’ve been struggling to activate my new phone, and Mike went above and beyond trying to help me fix the problem. His attitude, patience, and willingness to help were honestly something I’ve never experienced at a Verizon store before. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they leave taken care of. Huge thanks to Mike for all the help!
