Went into the store to resolve a billing issue over a stolen phone. When I tried to explain the situation, the representative cut me off and basically said he had heard everything and didn’t let me elaborate. After that, he got into my account and started trying to pitch to me their internet plan, when I went in trying to save money… plus my issue was not resolved, so needless to say, I am very disappointed with my experience today

Stopped in on 8/20/2025 to replace a broken phone. Caeden was quick to help me out. He took the time to help pick out a phone that fit me best. Once it came to pricing, he worked diligently to create a deal to help me in my situation. From there, he found several ways to help save me money in the long run. Horrible - only want to sell phones not provide help

Told me I didn't have insurance, which I did. Tried to over sell me a phone. Went to another Verizon store by sams club, found out I had insurance and got the same phone for half the price.
