The staff here is absolutely top notch. Very very friendly and knowledgeable. No bs sales. I love the amount of information they give so I can make an educated purchase. The bring your own bill worked and omg I’m so glad I don’t have a blue bill anymore. I would not recommend looking anywhere else. Thank you all who assisted today

I explained to the girl that my wife and daughters had already upgraded their phones and that I was a customer for 16 years and I was coming in just so someone could help me upgrade mine. Started right in with a sales pitch tried to get me to buy a bunch of other things when I explained to her all I wanted was a phone and then she wasn’t offering me any discounts. She was showing me what the full price would be seeing if I would pay it. Now Verizon has lost a customer and soon three more
