I had a wonderful experience at Verizon thanks to Emma. She was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left completely satisfied with my purchase. Her customer service was outstanding I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for Emma if you visit this store
I explained to the girl that my wife and daughters had already upgraded their phones and that I was a customer for 16 years and I was coming in just so someone could help me upgrade mine. Started right in with a sales pitch tried to get me to buy a bunch of other things when I explained to her all I wanted was a phone and then she wasn’t offering me any discounts. She was showing me what the full price would be seeing if I would pay it. Now Verizon has lost a customer and soon three more
Verizon managers at this location are always very helpful, and there are usually no lines. They solve any issues without hesitation and take the time to help you for as long as you need.
Service was outstanding. Jose assisted me with a problem of my creation with my phone. Got up and running. Friendly staff. Attentive and well versed in what needed to be done.
