Very good service here from everyone there
The service is fine but it's impossible to talk to a live customer service rep. They've made it all AI and it's horrible!
Rue helped me out today. I had disconnected my service from Verizon a few months ago and received a bill a couple days ago. I went in to understand what it was for and he helped me out. He helped get a prorated bill. Excellent costumer service will be consider going back to Verizon.
