Rue helped me out today. I had disconnected my service from Verizon a few months ago and received a bill a couple days ago. I went in to understand what it was for and he helped me out. He helped get a prorated bill. Excellent costumer service will be consider going back to Verizon.

Bait and Switch! Your trade in estimate for my device was $1,100. The actual amount I received was $800 due to "the transaction type does not match with the offer." What a bunch of nebulous nonsense that is! My S22 Ultra was in perfect condition, not a scratch on it when I turned it in. Furthermore, you knew ahead of time my device was 3 years old, and you couldn't possibly match the $1,100 estimate. I never expected this from a company that I have been with for twenty years.
