Bait and Switch! Your trade in estimate for my device was $1,100. The actual amount I received was $800 due to "the transaction type does not match with the offer." What a bunch of nebulous nonsense that is! My S22 Ultra was in perfect condition, not a scratch on it when I turned it in. Furthermore, you knew ahead of time my device was 3 years old, and you couldn't possibly match the $1,100 estimate. I never expected this from a company that I have been with for twenty years.
Fraudulent and unethical behavior — stay away from this location I walked into the Verizon store in Inglewood simply to ask for information about switching from AT&T to Verizon. I already have Verizon home internet, and I made it crystal clear to the representative, Gio, that I was just exploring options—nothing more.
