Fraudulent and unethical behavior — stay away from this location I walked into the Verizon store in Inglewood simply to ask for information about switching from AT&T to Verizon. I already have Verizon home internet, and I made it crystal clear to the representative, Gio, that I was just exploring options—nothing more. Terrible Customer Service. I came in to pay for my WiFi bill. No one offered assistance.
