Update: I was so quick to give this staff member a good review because I thought she was genuinely helping us, when in reality she lied about multiple things, hid fees from us, and refuses to return the calls of my MIL. Phone store with salespeople. We looked at new phones, etc. and we're able to return old ones to them. More regular chairs than previous version which had lots of stools.
I walked into this store and was told that verizon does not do transfer of service in store and i have to call the number. This was a total lie. After some research and talking with a customer service representative on the phone, it is possible as long as you are an authorized user. I am not sure if the sales person just didn't want to help me because i wasn't creating a new account but i am so upset.
