Good trip changed phone
I would like to thank Chad Smith at the Cliff Farm location. I had an issue with an online upgrade/pickup. After spending hours on the phone with customer service; with no resolution. I went to the store and Chad helped us out. In no time, he had our issue taken care of. He’s a great example of how you take care of your customers. I had the most personable experience at this location on May 20, 2026, with store manager David and specialist Tia. I’ve been a Verizon customer for many years now and had expressed how my last experience at that location with a rep (who wasn’t employed there any longer) wasn’t the best. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Verizon store, thanks to a sales associate named Donna-Marie. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was treated as if I didn’t matter because I had placed my phone order online instead of purchasing it in the store. I was essentially told that since I was “only here for the trade-in and not to purchase,” I wasn’t worth their time. That is completely unacceptable.
