Worst Verizon store in the US.
I tried to call in to make an appointment. The phone number is not local 938? When the person answered they didn’t say what store it was or even that it was a Verizon store. So I asked. Dude asked what I was trying to accomplish, said trading on my new iPhone 16 Pro for new Pixel 9. It felt like he was trying to talk me out of it, like is my phone paid off.
