Today we were at a Verizon store and had the worst experience, even though we are customers for 10 years. The store manager practically threw us out of the store. She told to two other employees present in the store at that moment, that no one could help us . Worst experience ever, they really don’t care about service. Verizon is terrible but this store is even worst.
