Dissatisfaction and disappointment is guaranteed. These guys are lieing when they sell a service, whatever they say that it is going to be credited is a lie. Moreover, the wait time is so long, I came at around 3pm ish and there was only one person giving a service. There was a police officer as a security and saying that they were at lunch. Is it a police station having an officer in the store as serving customers? So weird. The tall male Manager left the store as well for lunch.

Dishonest salesman lied directly to my face! Claimed that he would add a line for zero charge which would lead to a lower monthly payment on a new phone (not sure how that would work, but I trusted him). When I looked at the bill we were charged for the new line. Had to spend an hour on the phone with Verizon to resolve the issue. Salesman constantly talked in circles and when we asked the manager for an explanation on the deal he didn’t provide a clear explanation. The whole location needs to be retrained or fired.
