I changed to Verizon 2 months ago and pay an extra $10 for 300 minutes a month to call international. I have only called once. I tried to call England today but a robot told me I don’t have service. I have already paid three month but can’t make calls. I can’t get any help. The robot just say “Goodby” and doesn’t help. I will look for another phone service.
Fantastic - above and beyond Customer Service! I've been with Verizon since 2007. I had an issue with Verizon Customer Service regarding my internet service through them and wasn't getting anywhere through email/Chat/phone calls so I went to the Store to have see if I could find a real Human to understand the problem. Elias was very helpful. He first looked through my account to see if he could find an answer to my question about my sim card and when he couldn't, instead of having me contact customer service on my own, he contacted a technician using my phone so we could both listen and Elias was able to explain my problem to the technician better. The technician was able to answer my question and with Elias's help, my problem was solved and I had a better understanding about my sim card. Great service!
