Nate was absolutely wonderful and provided the best customer service
I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I have struggled many times getting help with my account over the phone. They told me over the phone they weren’t going to honor my military discount anymore so I drove to the Gresham location that I have been to many times. I have never left that store disappointed. Even after spending way more then I wanted to I left very happy. Nate was amazing to work with. I have a big family with 7 phone lines.
