Came in to give my old phone in for a trade in upgrade as that’s what I was told to do by a representative when I called 611. So I went in the store and they tell me they can’t do that and I had to call in to 611 to cancel my order and then go back to be helped. So I call 611 they cancel and tell me to go back to the store so I do and I wait an hour for them to take the phone check it in and say that’s it, a one minute process and I waited one hour to be helped.
