Mine and my friends phone got hacked, we went to 4 Verizon stores and they were absolutely no help. Went to this store and Tamika and Cassidy was the biggest help ever!! Tamika even offered a free iPhone 16 to add to the plan, which none of the other stores did. Has been the most stressful week with hacked phones, strongly recommend going to them!!

The service was great but the guy did not accurately explain the features of the phone. I probably would've spent more money for what i wanted now I somewhat have Buyers Remorse. Need better product knowledge.

BEWARE!! Don't go to this location, they lie to you to get you to sign up for service, they promise you a price and you are charged something different. CeeCee is the worst sales associate ever, she is now avoiding all of my calls. She gave me a price in writing and when I made her aware, she promised to fix my bill and after months of reaching out to her I am being overcharged every month from what she put in writing that I would be charged. She should be fired, worst customer service Ever!!

I went there on Thursday August 7, 2025. Brandon assisted me with activating my new phone. His smile, his genuine desire to help were a very welcome change from past experiences! He was efficient and I had 100% confidence in his process. I was very surprised when he told me had only been there 4 months! He deserves special recognition and a raise!
