I went to Verizon to change my phone carrier. Luis made our experience smooth, changing our carrier from T-Mobile to Verizon. I love how much patience he had helping us and explaining to us our new Verizon plan. He had great customer service.
The sales person said the Verizon store doesn't do customer service, and that was an understatement. Omobola was rude, condescending, age-ist, and one of the worst sales people I've dealt with in a long time. She answered her personal phone at least two times while assisting us. Whenever my mother asked a question, she wouldn't genuinely answer it and then would attempt to get me to agree with her that I understood with the implication that my mother didn't.
