The sales person said the Verizon store doesn't do customer service, and that was an understatement. Omobola was rude, condescending, age-ist, and one of the worst sales people I've dealt with in a long time. She answered her personal phone at least two times while assisting us. Whenever my mother asked a question, she wouldn't genuinely answer it and then would attempt to get me to agree with her that I understood with the implication that my mother didn't. I will only go to Verizon Westfield! They staff there are great! Especially our guy Brendan F! He was helpful knowledgeable patient funny just an all around great experience! We’ve had a great experience with Chazz as well! Laura and Tanya say hi!

I recently visited the Verizon store in Westfield and was absolutely thrilled to have TJ, who I believe is the store manager, assist me during my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine sense of enthusiasm from the entire team. It was refreshing to see TJ working alongside his teammates, creating a harmonious environment where customers felt valued and attended to.
