I paid for 5 new devices, on my business plan and this local store transferred data to one of the new devices it was not supposed to go to and then had the main business lines text messages going to an employee’s phone (duplicate and the phone calls going there. They wiped all of the phone numbers off of the companies main cell phone line, which caused a breach of information and a loss of a long term relationship. Employees were able to rectify a problem with my new phone in under 5 minutes, that customer support oversees couldn't in 3 hours! Friendly and great service!
