Went in to this corporate store for a free phone upgrade, the employees must work off of commission because I was given a phone in a box then told I could set it up myself. Manager Lawrence Denning Jr was so rude to me that I just left. I have a family of five and have been a customer for over 15 years but after calling Verizon and getting no help from them either I decided it was best to go with another carrier all together. Fantastic service by knowledgeable employees. I drive 15 extra minutes further to go to this location because of their polite helpful staff who always go out of their way to help you. This location is #1 in Wake Co. NC.
If you need help with your phone, I’d suggest reaching out to someone other than Lauren, as my experience with her was unpleasant and unprofessional.
Very helpful. Made sure my problem was taken care of. I don't like visiting different stores. I stick to what I know!
I cannot say enough about the service that I received today when I went in for help with my phone. I was very fortunate to get John Baker to help me. He was great. That's all I can say. He handled my issue with perfect customer service. You will be lucky to have him help you.
