I have been a Verizon customer since it was Altell. Worse service ever today in this store. Employee spent his time daydreaming at the window instead of assisting me. I had to tell him to focus and look at his computer. He told me I had to call 611. I did go outside and call them. They ask me to return to the store for them to assist me. He is currently visiting with another customer Not interested in helping me. Spectrum is my next stop!
Great staff. THIS IS THE CORPOATE LOCATION!!! none of the other stores in the area are corporate they are all franchises and could not help solve my issue.
This location is only sales nothing else so please don’t waste your time if you have an issue with your billing or claims or payments or upgrades or difficulties fixing any issues regarding your phone this is my second time here and they will waist your time and at the end they will say that this location is o it to sell phone and phone accessories only
