My goddaughter walked into store with serious problems. The representative wouldn’t look at phone. Gave her a number and sent her away. Horrible treatment horrible service.
Can I just say absolutely wonderful customer service. Truly some great men. Worked together to help me even when I had lost my ID. Made it possible to talk on the phone with a representative and when my newborn got fuss and 4 year old.Although took me nearly 3 hours. Took it upon himself to help me and he himself had 2 kids. Calmed my kids and made it possible for me to get everything done. These understanding, patient and kind men need a raise!
