AI customer service makes it so hard to call and ask a question. Too annoying to deal with. A 3 min call ends up taking 20 mins. I just wanted to see if they had a specific phone in stock so I could become a new customer.
Mislead lead me on adding a new line. Not happy.
Prompt service. My review is based on more than one experience at this location. This is a 100% Verizon store. Not an authorized representative. I had a problem that would be impossible to resolve easily. I'm afraid leaving Verizon will be in the very near future.
