Very impressed with William (Bill) and Alyssa. I have continued to make sure I always go back to see Alyssa for over 8 years now. She always is such a big help. Bill ensured I got everything I wanted as well. I upgraded my itnernet, iPhone and Apple watch! Highly recommned!
Though I myself am not a Verizon customer, yesterday made me definitely reconsider switching companies. This man really went outside to start his car (that was fine with us it’s cold) but while this man was out there he cleaned off his car and both his coworkers and our car I definitely didn’t expect that type of service! But it was so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your help yesterday and if you need anything go see Sho hopefully I spelled it right) at Verizon he got my brother all set up❤️
