The employees were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Tony specifically did not seem to have any sort of product, knowledge or knowledge of the services provided by Verizon. I would go somewhere else.
I went in for my pickup. It was a quick and smooth. No hassle whatsoever
Great customer service. I was there when the store opened and was in and out in less than five minutes but unfortunately didn't get his name.
During my recent visit, the store representatives failed to provide any assistance. While I understand that my selection of the "in-store pick-up" option may have influenced their approach, this should have been clearly communicated rather than resulting in me being ignored. When I raised my hand to request help while seated at one of their tables, a representative looked directly at me and deliberately turned away. For the life of me, I cannot stress do not go here. Phillip is unaware of attention to detail and fully disclosing prices and contracts. Fees are fees after I have explicitly asked upfront for charges and nothing was stated. I am still continuing to pay. Overall do not recommend.
