I have been a Verizon customer for over 2 decades. Essentially I have found all of your customer service personnel to be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was just moments been assisted by Michael from Hybla Valley, Alexandria, Virginia location store. that impressed me as being superior in all aspects of customer service than anyone that I have had the opportunity to deal with before.
These people are decietful, Tatiana and other employees set up my account, told me my bill was going to be one thing and found out my bill was way higher than it was proposed and had to go through a whole process of cancellation. Just a waste of time and false information. Other employees in there are just unprofessional.
