ANGEL was so very helpful with the transition from AT&T to Verizon. Getting 3 new phones plus trade in, new lines and all of the above with the whole process. Answered all our questions and honored promotions and any help to provide us with the process throughly. So far we are very happy to switch from AT&T. We absolutely HATED AT&T!! Thank you so much for your customer service and knowledge. We will definitely come to Angel for any assistance or questions after today.
Their curbside pickup needs some work. Other than that the floor manager was great at trying to keep the queue moving and kept customers that were waiting in the loop about how things were going.
Usually this location is great. Came in today and was treated very badly from an associate named Michael. Too bad.
