This is not directed at any store location but directed to Verizon in general! Your 5G network is crap! Cant get anything to load when on it. This has happened on multiple phones. Don't reply back with apologies. Just fix it!
Verizon are thieves. 137 per mo- no service at my home...free Disney costs monthly...free replacement insurance? Still paid for 'gree' phone... cust service erased my emails back to 2018..lost all photo, contacts... THIEVES
Staff seemed nice but I went there to pick up Fios equipment and they didn't have any. Trip was sadly a waste of time.
Went for an in store pick up on a new iPhone, after taking it out of the bag I noticed the box was stained and all dirty, on a new iPhone, they said it was because it was rubbing against the iPhone 17 boxes… ridiculous
