Went for an in store pick up on a new iPhone, after taking it out of the bag I noticed the box was stained and all dirty, on a new iPhone, they said it was because it was rubbing against the iPhone 17 boxes… ridiculous

Great customer service. Have an appointment. Expect to have to wait past your appointment time, because staff spends the time necessary to finish with the people ahead of you.

I thought I could close the home internet account by visiting the store, but I was told that they don't deal with this kind of service and gave me a different store location where I could get this done. Arrived at said location just to be told that it's something only to be done on the phone and I wasted my whole day just like that... Beside this, everything else is fine, maybe a little more training and attention to details next time.

They offered my mom 4 lines with “special deal” on monthly payment the iPhone is free. WORST PHONE EVER plus SERVICE TERRIBLE do not get Verizon service.
