I was much surprised by the excellent service I received. The "clipboard" of days past was gone, thank heavens. I had an account issue rather than a sales opp, so it was nice to have some help with no rush. I was going to take my service elsewhere, but the associate who helped me saved my loyalty to Verizon.
Came in hoping to set up home internet. Waited an hour. In the end, it didn’t work out because they couldn’t complete the identification. Apparently, ID and SSN aren’t enough for that.
There are scammers and cheaters working here. Never come to this store and Never use the services of the company Verizon
