Allen was horrible! He was rushing my friend and I through the sale and didn’t even complete the transfer on both devices I ended up havig to speak with multiple customer service reps for them to even allow my newly added device to receive calls! Now here we are months later (added a device in March of 2025) and I’m finding out that he mixed up and removed promotional discounts on my plan!! I was much surprised by the excellent service I received. The "clipboard" of days past was gone, thank heavens. I had an account issue rather than a sales opp, so it was nice to have some help with no rush. I was going to take my service elsewhere, but the associate who helped me saved my loyalty to Verizon.
