My husband and I came to the store this morning to buy new iPhones. Jeff greeted us at the door and proceeded to help us with our purchases. He clearly explained all of our options, and after we made our selections, he helped set up our new phones and transfer everything over from the old ones. The new I phone pro max 17 just turn off and quit working. So did my friends phone a couple months ago. I paid for insurance and they send me a used refurbished iPhone17 pro max as a replacement. Didn’t have a phone for 3 days. Had to pay my old phone service just to have a phone while I waited for my replacement that ended up being a used refurbished phone. Verizon is garbage.
