We signed up for a plan at this Verizon store. The manager told us we would be paying $120 per month. But when the bills came, we were charged $300 per month for 3 months. When we went back to the store, they said “sorry, the manager put you on the wrong plan” and refunded us only $60. Later we also found out that he had added insurance and other things we never asked for. In the end, we lost a lot of money. This store is dishonest and just scams people
Good afternoon. Not a good service for me. When I asked for help, no one agreed, I had to go to other branches. I switched to another operator because the quality of communication here is poor and the customer service is poor.
Always great customer service. Place where you want to go back to. not like AT&T across...
