Absolutely horrible service and untrained employees that are rude and unwilling to explain anything. My wife and I came into the store this morning to talk about upgrading her phone to the new IPhone 17 and we were handed off to a gentleman whose name I wish I got but didn’t. He’s older and wears glasses, anyways we got her account pulled up and immediately this guy was saying we have to pay off the remaining balance of her phone to be able to upgrade which is not true at all.
