1130ish December 2, 2025. This company store doesn't even deserve a star. It is a long story of crushing your phone. Adding a back up phone you had on hand. Loved the crushed phone so much I ordered a certified pre-owned phone through verizon online. That phone was locked by an IT department with U Bank. So couldn't even set it up. The man Aaron I was speaking to was extremely unprofessional I asked to see a price quote for a simple phone upgrade no extra stuff just a phone upgrade and he came back trying to get me to enroll in auto pay and sign up for a new line or upgrade my line to the premium package.(not what I asked for). I understand you want commission but you don’t need to force stuff on your customers bad customer service will never be back to this store
