The man Aaron I was speaking to was extremely unprofessional I asked to see a price quote for a simple phone upgrade no extra stuff just a phone upgrade and he came back trying to get me to enroll in auto pay and sign up for a new line or upgrade my line to the premium package.(not what I asked for). I understand you want commission but you don’t need to force stuff on your customers bad customer service will never be back to this store
Why are they charging $29 to transfer my old phone to my new one. Never use this store again!!!!
