Thank you Brian for your help yesterday!! You are an asset to Verizon. You were very knowledgeable with what I needed and answered all my questions.
Bryan helped me out with my plan change
Zach was amazing. I was having so many issues with my phone and he was very patient and helpful in getting my phone operable! Great customer service!
This was an awful experience. I will never use this store again. I will tell everyone I see to never go here . I would give a negative number if it would allow it !!!!! This is only one of maybe 3 negative reviews I’ve done in my life. I’m 64 .
