Why are they charging $29 to transfer my old phone to my new one. Never use this store again!!!!
This stores employees are just punching a clock 9-5. If you plan on going here for anything, including something minor like a refund. Clear your schedule. Laziest service I’ve ever received by far.
They have about 5 employees hanging out in the back while customers wait nearly an hour for a representative. Horribly managed, joke of an establishment…
