Rick is a life saver. I lost my phone in Mexico and needed to access my insurance to get a new one. Rick went the extra mile to get my claim moving. He found a way to have me speak directly to an Asurian agent and cut through the red tape. He was so nice and patient that I bought an Apple Watch from him. He’s a nice guy and earned my business.
