The staff was wonderful and my firend came out with a new phone
Made an appointment around noon for 5 pm. They were busy but took me a few minutes before my scheduled time. Pricing was explained clearly along with some added products which I did purchase with zero regrets. They put my screen protector on for me because when I do it I always get bubbles. Helped me sign up for the screen protector warranty right there. Excellent service, great communication and customer service. I would 100% recommend scheduling an appointment online. This location has a lot of walk ins.
Verizon - your customer service has gone downhill significantly in the past year!! You really need to get your act together...
