Bought two new phones today and the experience was exceptional! Matt was very knowledgeable and provided us great service! Phone set up was expertly achieved and seamless. Let customer freely vape in store, 1+ hr wait times, employees refused to give their names and told us to “wait just a little longer” after we were told to wait “just a few minutes” 30 minutes ago by employees who left their shift right before helping us. Andrew and Gianna were Awsome! The second you walk in, Gianna gets you, asks what you need to discuss and take care of, and keeps you informed of how long it may take. Some times it can get crowded, however, they are fully staffed! You can walk around arrest sir in benches while waiting. Andrew helped us solve every problem with charm, humor, and expert knowledge!
