Andrew took care of me when i came to return my old phone and he was awesome. As a courtesy he was kind enough to put a screen protector on my new phone for me and did an amazing job. Happy customer left smiling
I had a fantastic experience; clean store with many associates waiting to help. I came in one night and Gursharan was super helpful. I needed to come back a few days later for continued support. Gavin was there, recognized me right away and remembered by situation. He sat with me and helped rectify my issues for almost 3 hours. He even went out of his way to get me the best deals with corporate.
Denise was a gem! We went in for help transferring a broken cell phone to a new replacement. She was so patient and helpful! She then helped us update our bill and set up an upgrade. We threw so many tasks at her and she continued to help with so much knowledge and patience!
I have been there multiple times and helped by several different employees. Each were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.
