We did two trips to the store that day. Bryan was the one that helped us. I noticed during my two trips to the store that the employees have to deal with a lot of complaints, emotions and all this other stuff a bit extra. It's a bit much honestly. I personally came in to buy a phone and some accessories. We had a great experience with all of the employees,they treated us very well Even after dealing with multiple customer complaints.
