Find a different spot! The few good representatives here are dragged down by their Obnoxiously inconsiderate, unprofessional counterparts. Sitting in the store with a representative on the line and the 3-4 in store representatives could care less. Right on the other side of me loudly gossiping about what’s going on outside the windows. We were here twice and both times the service was top notch. The staff are very attentive, polite and patient. They work quickly. They explain everything clearly.
Completely unhelpful in every way possible.
Store number directs to sourced call support from India. Nothing gets resolved. I'll be changing carriers.
