A representative here told me that she would help me only so I could shut up! Those exact words. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to get my bill printed out because I am switching to another carrier and the representative there told me I couldn't get one. I go in again after a week after I was told through customer service that I could get one at the store faster than getting it mailed. I went in to add a new phone line and upgrade my phone. I usually get liquid glass for my screen and camera. They informed me they don't have it, so I got the tempered glass for camer and screen. I paid for both and asked to have them installed. While trying to get the pin to unlock the previous phone, the rep installed them. (Or so I thought) when I got the phones home and opened the boxes to transfer my phone info. I realized I was charged for two camera lenses protectors and never recieved them on the phone or in the bag.... read more

I was sitting in the Verizon store when I witnessed an incredibly disturbing interaction. A young women employee began harassing a customer after learning she worked for the government and was in California helping with the wildfires. Instead of assisting her, the employee told her she should “go home” and began loudly spouting conspiracy theories, making the entire store uncomfortable. Find a different spot! The few good representatives here are dragged down by their Obnoxiously inconsiderate, unprofessional counterparts. Sitting in the store with a representative on the line and the 3-4 in store representatives could care less. Right on the other side of me loudly gossiping about what’s going on outside the windows. Representative on the phone could hear them through the phone as well, it was hard to take down what I was being told.
