I had a great experience at Verizon Wireless this morning, thanks to Chris. He helped me connect my phone and made the entire process very easy and stress free. Chris was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before I left. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Excellent customer service thank you so much!
Jessica was super knowledgeable and communicative. She helped my family friend and simplified everything and saved us a bunch of money. If you’re looking for great customer service then I suggest here. Please give her the recognition she deserves.
Only giving them 1 star because I have to for posting a review. Chased me out to go through online network because didn't want to deal with my problems. Didn't even try to see what was going on after I made a trip down to the store. My phone had a limiter set on its settings that stopped data at 5Gig. Online rep walked through the data saver and listened to me when I indicated the issues were something else. She spent 5 min with me in settings and we figured it out. New customer only 1 week and experience is bad .Horrible customer service I come off of work tired and there was know friendly or urgency towards me .already a pain to drive after work just for this type of service is a complete joke. Three hour visit. No, and I mean ZERO smiles. Came in for a new phone, they said it wasn't in stock. At the end of our visit, two ppl came in and got two of the phone I wanted one of. She said oh it must of been in order to the store. Funny, bc she literally just told me that wasn't possible for us. And the guy belong the other couple told me they just got some in.
