I've been with Verizon for many years and have had several family plans. Recently, my phone started having issues so I went in to chat about my options. Long story short, because of jackie, I left Verizon, and switched over to at&t. I probably would have stayed, but on principle, I couldn't continue to give my business to a company that would allow somebody like her to work there. She is very unhelpful, dismissive, and made the overall experience lousy. Now that I've switched to at&t, I have a lot less stress.

This review is specifically about a store manager named Ramon, whose behavior was beyond unprofessional and frankly alarming. I went into this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. Instead, Ramon accessed my account without proper authorization and processed a transaction that sent a completely different phone to my home address. This was never requested or approved by me.
