I went in to have my screen protector replaced, and the experience was really frustrating. I was told I had to go to a ZAGG store, even though I've had my screen protector replaced multiple times at both the Saratoga Springs and Lehi locations without ever being told that. When we originally got our phones, I'm confident we did not purchase a ZAGG screen protector.
