Came here to get the new phone deal for new customers. When I walked in I explicitly explained that I wanted to most basic phone that qualified for the deal. Salesperson seemed to be great at the time. She gave me a paper with a breakdown of the phone that I asked for and explained that i would only be paying for the service because I chose the most basic phone for the package, no upgrades. I left Verizon and even ported my number to another carrier, yet somehow I’m still being charged every month for an account I no longer have. I’ve called customer service multiple times, spent hours on hold, and now i have to go into the corporate store to try to get someone to fix it. . Every time, I’m told something different or promised a credit that never actually happens. The high pressure sales is ridiculous. Manager was pressing so hard, he actually got mad and stormed off when I was asking relevant questions and wasnt laying down for the sale. Also they are charging an additional smart switch fee of 29.99 when if you read the details in the upgrade fees, the smart switch is included with the upgrade. When I inquired he claimed it was for Sim cards, despite Sim cards not being "smart" technology. The nervousness and hesitation makes me believe he was lying through his teeth.
