Leslie, Aaron & Dakota were very kind, patient and helpful in helping switch my father in law from xfinity mobile to Verizon! The process was a little frustrating and time consuming but all 3 Verizon employees were awesome. Helping me every step of the way! I don’t go to any other location because of how well I’m treated! We all have phone needs & questions, I highly recommend Verizon Draper location! Dakota, Leslie & Aaron will gladly help you out!
I've been with Verizon for many years and have had several family plans. Recently, my phone started having issues so I went in to chat about my options. Long story short, because of jackie, I left Verizon, and switched over to at&t. I probably would have stayed, but on principle, I couldn't continue to give my business to a company that would allow somebody like her to work there. She is very unhelpful, dismissive, and made the overall experience lousy. Now that I've switched to at&t, I have a lot less stress.
