Great location, lots of employees there to help and everyone very polite and accommodating. It is a busy store so sometimes it takes a while to get the help you’re after. But, that is simply due to the amount of traffic that comes to this location. Other than that, everyone there is very nice and helpful.

I have been with Verizon for 17 years. The Draper Verizon Store used to be a good store to use. Not anymore. My last two times at this store I have been told one thing and given something else. I will just share the last experience. One Daughters phone stopped working so we needed to get a new one. Verizon had a deal where they would pay off the remaining cost of your old phone and get you a new one. I was told that was what was going to happen. If I could give a 10 to this store I would! So many people to thank but I would really like to recognize Jacqueline. My son came to the store with a unique situation and issue he was having. She went through hoops to make sure that he had what he needed to get back going with his businesses. He depends on his phone for work. She is patient, kind so understanding and very considerate.
