Just went to store and Joey with long hair and glasses didn’t want to work. He said for me to come back tomorrow. Door was unlocked. He was rude. I will be calling corporate. Poor customer service. He must not work off of commission, if he does he’s holding your store back.

The guy with the long hair was very rude. Rushing us on what phone to choose. He got very upset when told him we didn’t need any accessories. Wanted to charge us a protection fee ($20) that he said was mandatory but said we could get it remove after the first month. Ended up walking out.
Valerie was awesome and so patient with me. Nick and Ray also pitched in and helped as well. All very personable. They all were a 10 on a 10 scale!!!
