walked in to pay my phone bill in person and ask questions about a new line. Terrible Service!
Not helpful at all. We came at 10:05 hoping to get help on my husbands phone. Since we pay EXTRA for the insurance on the phone we should be able to actually use it. Anyway, we pulled in and started to walk in at 10:05 am and the doors were locked. We wondered if they were just closed so we searched what time they open.
