Jake, oh my gosh. He was amazing. We left At&t and returned to Verizon. We had huge issues paying off our AT&T balance with our issued Verizon cards Again, Jake took care of this issue. I now prefer to go to Verizon North in Missoula solely because of their knowledgeable staff. Jake in particular was patient, very knowledgeable and polite. Jake is the type of representative you can only wish for. He made a complicated task easy. He is a “keeper”
