All the staff members, at the North Reserve Store, that I have dealt with, today Ethan and all members other days like Tyler, Jen, Brian, Maggie, Jake, and Shawn have all done everything in their power to move a very difficult process along that has taken months to correct and fix. Would not recommend this one, go to another one across town. Watched customers wait while the workers talked about vapes, All 5 of them. Went there since my girlfriend and I had our lines available for upgrade and was told to pay out my phone for 600 instead. While for her phone though there wasn’t an issue and we paid 40 for a new upgrade. I've met toddlers that are more helpful than the Reps at this store. When calling, we are told to come to the store Jackson or Madison will help us. This is the 4th trip to the store and they are "unavailable". Today we are told they are here by the Rep Tyler, however he isn't willing to waste their time and we need to just call *611. The Verizon Agent in chat is refusing to help me with my internet issue after they told me my Internet Service was hacked. Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers.
