This has to be one of the worst Verizon stores I have ever seen. The people are rude and don't know what they are doing. I purchased an I phone 16 pro for my grandson and didn't know his password to transfer his stuff from his old phone to his new phone so we went in the next day and they charged us to do, which they usually do for free at every other store when you purchase a new phone.
