Horrible customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. Carlos argued with my fiancé, refused to answer her questions, and I ended up having to leave work to come to the location in person to mediate. Due to him being impossible to deal with, we stepped outside to call customer service. Came into the store from out of town with phone issues. Was informed that my phone would not qualify for the free upgrades. Without a phone i was not able to verify. Sale guy kept pushing to get protection plans and i was very clear that i would not need a protection plan. I get home and go to a verizon store near me to verify that everything is done correctly only to be informed that i now have a 19/month protection plan that i did not want (i can get ride of it), and that in actuality i could have traded my phone in for a ... read more
