Autumn, Keisha, and Robin had unbelievable customer service. I'm very grateful to have them help me with my device. They were patient and treated me with respect. I recommend them and the Cumming location.
Did not tell the truth about phone upgrades. Did not understand transfer process. Over an hour wait each time you visit no matter what time of day.... I am done.
This review is for this individual store location and the people in it only. Verizon as a company and their corporate customer service and fraud departments are completely useless and incompetent. I want to highlight efforts from two key members of the team at this store, Kai and Autumn are amazing and did everything to help me on a customer service issue that i’m sure they don’t get paid anything to help with.
