We were here for pickup. Rep Anthony asked if we have any questions. He answered couple of our questions. We had few other last minute questions but then he said he is helping others and took us to the desk where he was helping them and wanted us to go ahead and ask our questions. This was very uncomfortable experience where he wanted us to ask our questions in front of other customers at that desk. I am sure those other customers too felt the same way at the desk. Horrible customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars. Carlos argued with my fiancé, refused to answer her questions, and I ended up having to leave work to come to the location in person to mediate. Due to him being impossible to deal with, we stepped outside to call customer service. We finally got someone on the phone, and per the customer service rep, Carlos literally canceled my fiancé’s order 2 minutes after we stepped outside to make the call.
