Went in to trade in a phone. They had us sit on our personal device to set it all up, barely even caring what we were doing and the problems we were having. The Sales Associate sat on her own phone looking at Apartment Complexes and talking about the rent while we were struggling with checkout. We finally independently figure things out and the phone she said was available was “now allocated to someone else in the store.” We were now suggested to drive all the way down to Alpharetta to an entirely different store. I was just in the store looking for earbuds. Didn't see what I needed, but no one attempted to help me. Not a "hello, "May I help you find something?" There was an associate walking back and forth, that I tried to make eye contact with, but that didn't work, so I left

I HAVE BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH VERIZON FOR LAST EIGHT YEAR THEY KEEP CHARGING EXTRA AND THE ONE OF THE LINE I DISCOUNT IN FEDURAY THEY WERE CHARGING TILL NOVEMBER SO THEY CHARGE ME FOR NINE MONTH EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THEY TELL THEY TAKE CARE BUT THEY DONT I WENT TO CUMMING STOR MANAGER AND THEY SAY SHE IS BUSSY SHE WILL CALL YOU SHE NEVER CALL I WENT THERE AGAIN ONE OF THE GUY SAID SHE IS BUSY CALL 1800 NUMBER I DID NOTHING HAPPEND I MY ADVISE PLEASE DONT GET VERIZON
