Went in to trade in a phone. They had us sit on our personal device to set it all up, barely even caring what we were doing and the problems we were having. The Sales Associate sat on her own phone looking at Apartment Complexes and talking about the rent while we were struggling with checkout. We finally independently figure things out and the phone she said was available was “now allocated to someone else in the store.” We were now suggested to drive all the way down to Alpharetta to an entirely different store.
