Terrible customer service, it's very unfortunate the lack of willingness to even start the process of a purchase for me, to upgrade my phone, port in a line and was considering getting a 3rd phone with all the 9yds.
New phones Samsung S-25. Upgraded service plan. Daveon was very helpful. I did have to go back twice to get our bill where they said it would be but we are overall very satisfied.
