Just moved from North Carolina for my business and I had an awful experience with AT&T. I gave this store (Verizon) a call and told an employee, Tyson, my situation. At this location he was amazing to work with getting me setup for my business. He made sure I was in and out, but most importantly did everything the right way. If y’all need anything, ask for Tyson. He was awesome to work with and made this process as smooth as possible. Thanks again Tyson and wish ya the best!

Stopped by simply to drop my phone off for trade in. Stood around for about 15 minutes and didn’t see a single employee. There was maybe 8-10 other people sitting around waiting aswell. Not sure if anybody even showed up to work, lol
