Jess Pirron! I had a very negative experience with a 21 year old Representative at the corporate store in Fort Myers! Victor was loud and overbearing as a know-it-all employee! He was rude and interrupting! This person failed in his approach as a representative of Verizon. I even asked to talk with someone who had more knowledge about my issue with his response that he knew just as much as anyone else in the store! This individual needs retraining in customer service!
Tyson Sandoval was awesome he got a lot of patience with my mom , he explained every single detail anytime you need a great customer service plz look for him , really happy with his service more than 5 Stars for him
