Have you seen the movie Jaws? I think the shark could’ve provided more amicable service than what I got at this store. Do yourself a favor and just drive directly across 41 (South-East corner; Market Square) and visit that Verizon store instead. They’ll actually help you and are great. My phone gave me a SIM failure message and then got stuck in SOS mode. Alexis was very friendly and helpful. She switched my phone to eSIM and had me out of there in no time. Quick and easy!
Terrible experience with absolutely no customer service. We were greeted by a technician upon arrival and asked to wait. After 20 minutes, we checked with another technician, only to find out we were never signed in. This meant restarting our wait time, which was extremely frustrating. We decided to leave instead. Very disappointing—would not recommend.
