Stay away from Dravon the sales associate. He upgraded my phone by adding a new line that I wasn’t aware of & now I have to call and have customer service help me fix it. He told me I was available for an upgrade with an $2.77 additional fee to my bill & I got to keep my old phone and he sent me a new phone in the mail. Come to find out from my bill he just added a device to get me a phone, instead of me disconnecting my old phone to transfer to a new phone. Scammed. I entered the Verizon store on Cleveland Ave Fort Myers and had a great experience with sales person “Victor”, very competent and throughout with his approach in solving my problem with my phone. I walked out satisfied, stress-free, and fortunate that their expertise was able to provide a solution.
Took them 30 minutes to check me in. I sat for another 45 minutes. Service/sales times are ridiculously long. For a tech company, it's a pretty sad sight. Maybe they will consider integrating steps to simplify your process and show your customers that you actually care. Chairs and showroom was very uncomfortable and loud with several people on their speakerphone. I would recommend not coming to this poorly run store.
Damani is amazing agent. Very polite, empathic and professional. Without him I would have been waiting possibly HOURS as the 1st verizon Agent did NOT even check us in. Damani immediately checked us in ..made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions
I have stopped at the Verizon store on Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers three times to try to get a problem with my phone regarding text messages to individuals rejected. I was told to take pictures of the failed transmissions so I could show customer service the problem. The last time was about two weeks ago, when a customer service representative by the name of Davion told me he fixed the problem.
