Mostly meh, place is too expensive!
Horrible customer service. They tell you one price for your trade in promo and then you actually get less. Always get everything in writing as what they tell you means nothing. Or just avoid this store.
They are not upfront that they are only an authorized retailer, they are not a true Verizon store. They store signage need to say authorized retailer!
