It was the experience that you hope for. Zach was outstanding in helping me transfer everything from my old phone to my new iPhone. The fact that we talked about airplanes and flying was a bonus.
I worked with Jackie at this store and she was great. Very respectful of my time and she was able to help me with a difficult account issue. This was a long and arduous process with Verizon customer service that really proved how dedicated she is to resolution and customer satisfaction. She was very calm, patient and professional, not only with me, but with several Verizon CS associates that she had to deal with to get the issue resolved. Thank you Jackie, I really appreciate your effort.
Two Verizon Wireless sales staff members came to our home this morning unannounced. They were very persistent about selling us Verizon internet service and cellular servic packages. When I said no thank you they became quite vulgar! This is how Verizon Wireless treats senior citizens citizens!
