Service was good
Zero stars. Loyal customer for over 20 years but they don't care. Verizon is unwilling to help us with simple issue. Very uncoordinated. They just wanted us to go away and make us someone else's problem. Worst customer service experience ever.
We have been Verizon customers for 20 years and chose to switch to another carrier. Our phones are paid off but one of them remained locked, even after multiple attempts and calls with customer support. I was at least expecting any kind of sympathy or customer support - but the manager, Brian Peterson, even said that he was unwilling to help resolve the matter given that we are switching to another carrier.
