If I could give zero stars I would.This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced.The guy I believe his name was John he was so rude made me feel like a burden for asking a question because I was interrupting him and his coworkers conversation and there was no customers they weren’t busy and I felt like he just wanted me out. At that point it made me question my switch to Verizon. I went to the crossroads store and had a much much more pleasant experience there.
I had a sales representative lie to me and sign me up for internet and mobile. Realizing that everything they promised was a lie because I was already an existing Verizon customer, I canceled within 24 hours. Verizon has failed to keep to their word and completely cancel the account. I have received charges for services that I never received. Awesome customer service
I regret switching over to Verizon. They have screwed me with my bill and don’t follow through on what they say they will do. Pay very close attention to your bill, they will blame you for their own “ system glitches” and make you end up paying more.. and when you complain.. “ there’s nothing they can do about it” Editing my review because Verizon fixed my bill. I appreciate it.
