I originally went to the store and worked with a representative I had huge billing issues with my account. what I will say is that the end result was a very good one and I am truly satisfied. I worked with Morgan to address my concerns. He went above and beyond, and he fixed my issue which I never thought was going to end. I thought that I would have change carriers. I came into the store today right when they opened and the woman who helped me out.....I unfortunately forgot her name was probably one of the best customer service reps Ive ever had. She was patient, understanding, and jumped through a lot of hoops for me in order for me to walk out with a new phone. Highly recommend going here for your phone needs
