The customer service was excellent. Although we have another step to resolve my issue, Chris could not have been more accommodating!
Had a HORRIBLE experience with AT&T refusing to take my upgrade after saying they would, so I went and transferred my number to a new line with Chris at Verizon. It was a breeze and he actually took the time to explain what my bill would be and the change over was so simple! All around a much better vibe. I left feeling like I wasn't getting scammed like AT&T left me feeling multiple times.
It was ok excellent service.
This store rocks!!! So professional!! And helped me when noone else could!!! Great job guys!!!!
