I went in to upgrade my phone. The guy grilled me about why I was upgrading and I was like why does that matter. He wiped my old phone clean and put the new cell phone, still in the box, in a bag and said set it up by connecting to WiFi. I had no phone to use until I got somewhere to connect to the WiFi. He insisted everything was saved to the cloud…well he was wrong because I lost a lot of contacts and photos. Worst experience ever and will never use this location again.
The guys in this Verizon store are awesome! So helpful, patient, and upbeat!
I originally went to the store and worked with a representative I had huge billing issues with my account. what I will say is that the end result was a very good one and I am truly satisfied. I worked with Morgan to address my concerns. He went above and beyond, and he fixed my issue which I never thought was going to end. I thought that I would have change carriers.
