Amazing service from Emily! Came in for a device upgrade after already calling the central office. Apparently the central office messed up, transferred my number to a different device I did not have and it was a whole thing. Thankfully Emily did all the dirty work and called central office to get things cleared up and got us a new phone!! She was incredibly nice and helpful and went the extra mile to give us a great customer experience.
I went in to upgrade my phone. The guy grilled me about why I was upgrading and I was like why does that matter. He wiped my old phone clean and put the new cell phone, still in the box, in a bag and said set it up by connecting to WiFi. I had no phone to use until I got somewhere to connect to the WiFi. He insisted everything was saved to the cloud…well he was wrong because I lost a lot of contacts and photos. Worst experience ever and will never use this location again.
The guys in this Verizon store are awesome! So helpful, patient, and upbeat!
