BEWARE WHEN GIVING ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN HERE: Stopped in on Oct 9th to checkout the Fold 7. Sales guy asks for access to my account to see my plan and run numbers. Not good experience with sales guy interaction and I didn't end up leaving with a new phone. Long story short, He betrayed my trust when giving him access to my account. My bill was over $80 more this month because he went in and removed my Military discount. Amazing service from Emily! Came in for a device upgrade after already calling the central office. Apparently the central office messed up, transferred my number to a different device I did not have and it was a whole thing. Thankfully Emily did all the dirty work and called central office to get things cleared up and got us a new phone!! She was incredibly nice and helpful and went the extra mile to give us a great customer experience.

I went in to upgrade my phone. The guy grilled me about why I was upgrading and I was like why does that matter. He wiped my old phone clean and put the new cell phone, still in the box, in a bag and said set it up by connecting to WiFi. I had no phone to use until I got somewhere to connect to the WiFi. He insisted everything was saved to the cloud…well he was wrong because I lost a lot of contacts and photos. Worst experience ever and will never use this location again.
