Rylee is what a great customer service feels like. I was tossed around few times with my for refund and charges - with issue still unresolved after months. I walked in and Rylee welcomed me right away and took full ownership to resolve the issue until it was fully resolved - not halfway. She has excellent people and managerial skills. I can’t say enough great things about the customer service at this Verizon location. After spending weeks on Verizon chat and visiting the Carrollwood (Dale Mabry) store—where I kept getting different answers and the runaround—I decided to try a different location. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did at this Verizon location. It took three weeks to finally receive my phone, and only after I came into the store myself. Throughout this process, I dealt with the store manager, Felix, who misled me at every step — from the promotion details to basic service questions.
