I went in to inquire about the many difficulties I’ve been having with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The manager Jamie was very accommodating and my sales professional, Joey was simply outstanding! I have never encountered a sales professional that knew so much; that went out of his way to make sure that I understood everything and that I was afforded all of the amazing discounts and promotions. I’ve never been so impressed!!! This gentleman is simply brilliant highly recommend A++++++

Robert Lopez was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us with our phone plan and navigate a customer service issue. Even though the situation extended well past closing, by about 45 minutes, Robert remained patient, kind, and fully committed to resolving everything before we left. After nearly two hours, most people would be frustrated, but not Robert. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. We’re so grateful for his help. Thank you, Robert!
I want to make sure Riley is recognized for her knowledge, attention, and patience. I brought my visiting elderly mother to upgrade her phone. Riley was very understanding and in a busy short staffed environment, treated my mom like she was the only customer of the day. To top it off, we came back 2 days later and she acknowledged us by name. “Tim and Doris, welcome back!” Hard to find and keep employees like her. If the owner responds - promise me you will recognize her appropriately! Thank you
