Robert the manager was so kind & helpful to me. I went in on an extremely busy day for them with an issue I couldn't figure out & Robert wasted no time getting everything situated for me while helping his other guests as well. He definitely made a stressful situation less stressful for me I really appreciate everything he did for me. THANK YOU ROBERT

Tried to get a new phone and they would not stop trying to sell me any and everything besides a phone. We have been Verizon customers for decades and have never have experienced such poor service. The employee kept ignoring my request to please move on from the streaming questions and said he was only doing his job. So doing your job is ignoring a customers needs? I understand a sales script, but when a customer request for you to please stop and you don’t!

Go during the day/week when less busy. Laura was great!! She was very patient. Don't go before they close if you want data transfer.
