Good place clean claim Car parking and stuff’s very kind
We came here and bought two new phones and a watch. My son had bought a Galaxy fold and after one week it developed a dead pixel so we took it back to exchange it because we were told that we had a 30 day guarantee if we had any issues. They didn't have any Folds so they sent us to Oak Brook which sucks on its own. They refused to exchange the phone without me paying a $50 restocking fee or filing a claim with insurance. I came to this location after having issues with my account that were not resolved through a different Verizon store. Ben was absolutely fantastic after trying every trick in the book to get my concerns resolved. After some time, Ben, with the help of his co-worker whose name I unfortunately did not get, were able to help me resolve my issue.
