We came here and bought two new phones and a watch. My son had bought a Galaxy fold and after one week it developed a dead pixel so we took it back to exchange it because we were told that we had a 30 day guarantee if we had any issues. They didn't have any Folds so they sent us to Oak Brook which sucks on its own. They refused to exchange the phone without me paying a $50 restocking fee or filing a claim with insurance. I came to this location after having issues with my account that were not resolved through a different Verizon store. Ben was absolutely fantastic after trying every trick in the book to get my concerns resolved. After some time, Ben, with the help of his co-worker whose name I unfortunately did not get, were able to help me resolve my issue.

First time at this location. I was blown away how rude the tech was after I came back in to get my new phone, after they switched everything over. The tech that was helping us set up 2 new phones, must have gone home. The second tech made several references about not getting compensation for the sales, but still had to help me. I initially gave them my password. They said they needed me to unlock a feature with face scan, after coming back in, after already giving them an hour and a half. My mom and I went to get our new I-Phones setup yesterday and Leo helped us and he was fantastic! He was super friendly & patient and took the time to answer all our questions. I will definitely go back to this location and have him help me again!
