I would highly advise to avoid this place if at all possible. Call the national customer service line for better deals and more honest service. This place is not better than the worst used car lot. Honestly. I was presented just about every new plan and upgrade option other than the one I asked for. Would have paid SIGNIFICANTLY more for my upgrade had I not walked out on the salesman that seemed to think it was cute to explore other options which would have increase my family plan by over 100/mo. Shady ass salesmen. Not a single person said anything to us when we walked in. They only care about maximizing profits and not about the customer. They also don’t price match a phone case to their website when it was $25 cheaper on the site. Just a bunch of kids who work at this location and have no actual sales experience. I’d go to any other company over Verizon

Christian was so welcoming and helpful. He was very informative and elaborate on everything. He made the process enjoyable and smooth. This location has an amazing team working together to serve their customers well.

Came in with a problem that no other Verizon store knew how to fix. I've been a Verizon customer for ten years this is one of the best locations I've been to. Cristian is the man! He took his time and showed great patience and supreme confidence/ knowledge. Even worked into his lunch time despite his growing hunger. 5 stars for the location, 10/10 for Cristian.
