Walked in after deciding to trade my phone in. Sales lady asked what I was interested in, and i informed her that I was wanting to switch from Apple to a foldable phone, she informed that she wouldn’t suggest getting a foldable phone, they break to easily etc (which I didn’t ask for) I’ve had Apple products the last several years and every one of them break. then asked me for my ID and I have a legal paper copy due to getting a new license and was informed that they wouldn’t accept it but it’s good any where else? I would highly advise to avoid this place if at all possible. Call the national customer service line for better deals and more honest service. This place is not better than the worst used car lot. Honestly. I was presented just about every new plan and upgrade option other than the one I asked for. Would have paid SIGNIFICANTLY more for my upgrade had I not walked out on the salesman that seemed to think it was cute to explore other options which would have increase my family plan by over 100/mo. Shady ass salesmen. Not a single person said anything to us when we walked in. They only care about maximizing profits and not about the customer. They also don’t price match a phone case to their website when it was $25 cheaper on the site. Just a bunch of kids who work at this location and have no actual sales experience. I’d go to any other company over Verizon
