I despise this phone carrier with a passion. I can't wait till I can switch.
I live in Wimberley but on the way back from Austin I stopped by the store here in Buda to try to work on my account. The store is really clean and neat and the people were really friendly. And while we were there, my roommate purchased a phone and a laptop. I got a really good deal on it. If I ever need anything from Verizon again, I’ll come here instead of calling.
I have been to this location twice for business accounts and they've never been able to help.
Verizon IS A NIGHTMARE.. but, this location and staff is far from!! Every experience I’ve had (and it’s been adding up over the last month) at this store had been amazing. We got 2 iPhones upgraded/exchanged recently and 1 had issues right out of the box. Verizon customer care/611 dropped the ball repeatedly and kept making things worse.
