The worst customer service by an entire company that I have ever experienced…I don’t want to have to keep calling random numbers for help when I am standing in your store!
I tried to return my phone on trade in and the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I will never go to that store ever again!

Worst customer service, I would give this interaction -5 stars. My son who is also the account manager was told he can't pick up an order that that was placed online. The online rep confirmed there wouldn't be any issues and added notes that he would be picking it up but "Rita" at the store was dismissive and rude and said she won’t help him since he's only 18 and she can't verify the purchase is legit - while talking to me, the account owner and purchaser, over the phone.
