Verizon overall is a terrible company. Ordered fios over the phone which required 3 calls, 2 of which were over 45 minutes, for a house already setup for it. They send me to a store on transit. Young kid smirks when telling me theyre out of install kits. Sends me to this location. First employee that greets me immediately tells me i have to go to the delaware location now. Issue with my new Z-fold and Spencer went above and beyond to assist me. 10 star service, Spencer is a tremendous asset to Verizon!

Had to wait more than 20 minutes on them to bring the phone from the back room and this is while only 1 more customer in the store besides me and at least 4 sales rep Eventually had to leave because could not wait any longer Had the same experience at this store about 2 weeks ago with the same sales rep

I went to store regarding a scheduled appointment regarding an order that Corporate set up for this store. There ended up being an issue on the store’s end on their policy of purchasing item. After explaining that Corporate office set this up, and for them to call to verify, the staff’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. Claiming that there is no need for them to call them as they don’t listen anyway. I suggest better training for customer service. They also lost another customer.
