Worst experience. Spent all day calling 8 times to get a line transfer back to my account. The people from the India call center were no help and keeps disconnecting. Finally drove 40 minutes to go to a Verizon store because I was so frustrated only to let them tell me they can’t help me within 10 seconds. The guy didn’t even let me finish explaining the issue. I’m so done with this. Has been with Verizon for 20 years I’m calling T mobile tomorrow.
Had a really bad experience here the other day. I went in for a new upgrade and was served attitude as to why I won’t upgrade to the newest iPhone and add another line to an account that isn’t even owned by me. I ended up walking out of the store… if you need a new upgrade I suggest going to the Verizon cellular sales on Walden and transit
Buying a iPhone 17 Pro Max and that’s all I wanted Kahlil was so rude to me because I didn’t want to add my old iPhone to my account as a new number, made my experience buying a new phone terrible. I was so miserable when I left. buying an iPhone 17 Pro Max it’s supposed to be exciting. I will not be going back to the store.
Came in for a trade in, fast and efficient. Omarion and Rid are very knowledgeable. Will keep coming back!
The only reason they are getting 3 stars was Naw was kind and helpful. They switched me to a business account and totally messed up everything. The Orchard Park store is even worse. Cellular service in Hamburg spent 10 hours trying to resolve the issues verizon couldnt fix. Go in and see Caleb if your in the Southtowns at cellular service on South park in Hamburg
