I was there on July 11th and got signed in and there were two guys working with others. Got told it would only be a few minutes. 40 minutes later after the same guy “ only signing people in” that told me it wouldn’t be long helped two other customers that were not signed in. He seemed to have personally known the one family. So apparently they get first dibs over me who was waiting for 40 minutes. I will never go to this store again. Was looking to get my son a new phone. Maybe taking my business elsewhere where.

It's probably just best to avoid this store if you can. Go to the next closest one to you. Or at least avoid the employee Khalil. We went in to simply trade in an older iPhone for a newer one (at no cost due to a promo on our account. Just pay the taxes and the one-time transfer fee) Instead, Khalil "tricked" us into keeping the old phone "at no extra cost". This didn't make sense to us, as keeping the old phone and getting a new line should cost $$. But we were assured several times that our bill would go back to normal aft... read more

Greg is the best staffer I’ve ever seen at a phone store… Highly recommend this Verizon. He was super helpful and super funny.

Been here 3 times, waited around each time for 5 to 10 min... No greating, no help, employees are chatting with each other or other people... can't multi task

Verizon overall is a terrible company. Ordered fios over the phone which required 3 calls, 2 of which were over 45 minutes, for a house already setup for it. They send me to a store on transit. Young kid smirks when telling me theyre out of install kits. Sends me to this location. First employee that greets me immediately tells me i have to go to the delaware location now. I'm very irritated by these runarounds and waste of my time, and I'm explaining what happened and this employee decides to argue over whether the other st... read more
