The place was dead. As soon as I walked into this location, the kid who opened the door for me (I had my 2 under 2 in tow) tried to tell me I have to pay a $60 service fee. My phone accidentally factory reset after freezing up and it would not recieve any incoming calls. He helped with the calls in but said it's a "service" to transfer data. I can do it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done correctly because I am an independent contractor and do alot for work from my phone. May want stay away from this location bad experience poorly trained employees which is clearly a reflection of the managers training them . I been a 20 year Verizon customer from Verizon phone support to there customer care team there service standard have steadily declined . The sales team said one thing and did another it took hours on the phone with Verizon customer care team to correct billing . Not sure how bad it can get before there leadership team figures it out

Worst experience. Spent all day calling 8 times to get a line transfer back to my account. The people from the India call center were no help and keeps disconnecting. Finally drove 40 minutes to go to a Verizon store because I was so frustrated only to let them tell me they can’t help me within 10 seconds. The guy didn’t even let me finish explaining the issue. I’m so done with this. Has been with Verizon for 20 years I’m calling T mobile tomorrow.
