I went into Verizon because my old phone did not seem to want to charge. I met with Greg. Not only did he show me all the available phones that I could upgrade to. He showed me his own personal phone so I could get an example of it. He was nice. Friendly. Funny. Very easy going and was so helpful. He helped me all the way through. I went into this store as a long time verizon customer looking to upgrade my Daughters Phone for her. We spoke with a Guy named Naw who was so helpful making a decision which we decided to wait to see the new Iphone. While I was there Naw looked at my account and asked if I considered a business line. I had told him they are always more expensive. Went in to upgrade phones since we were told it would be a minimal cost pending which phone each family member had. Forgot the employee we worked with but he was arrogant and after all this I assume shady/ fraudulent. He claimed multiple times our bill for each line would only go up 60-70 cents per line and there wouldn’t be a drastic change in price per month. I was there on July 11th and got signed in and there were two guys working with others. Got told it would only be a few minutes. 40 minutes later after the same guy “ only signing people in” that told me it wouldn’t be long helped two other customers that were not signed in. He seemed to have personally known the one family. So apparently they get first dibs over me who was waiting for 40 minutes. I will never go to this store again. Was looking to get my son a new phone. Maybe taking my business elsewhere where.

It's probably just best to avoid this store if you can. Go to the next closest one to you. Or at least avoid the employee Khalil. We went in to simply trade in an older iPhone for a newer one (at no cost due to a promo on our account. Just pay the taxes and the one-time transfer fee) Instead, Khalil "tricked" us into keeping the old phone "at no extra cost". This didn't make sense to us, as keeping the old phone and getting a new line should cost $$. But we were assured several times that our bill would go back to normal aft... read more
