I took my in-laws here to get new phones and get them set up for them. My FIL old phone gave all sorts of trouble and Santana (? Might have spelled that wrong sorry!) went above and beyond trying to get it to work for him. We appreciate that! Even though he wasn’t able to get it to transfer everything in the end. He repeatedly tried every trick in the book for over 5 hours. He did everything possible even staying later than he was supposed to work to try and fix it. His customer service was excellent!

The place was dead. As soon as I walked into this location, the kid who opened the door for me (I had my 2 under 2 in tow) tried to tell me I have to pay a $60 service fee. My phone accidentally factory reset after freezing up and it would not recieve any incoming calls. He helped with the calls in but said it's a "service" to transfer data. I can do it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done correctly because I am an independent contractor and do alot for work from my phone. The kid had an attitude when I brought this... read more
