Worst customer service ever; more like customer diservice.
Amazing experience at this Verizon store! The staff was super helpful and took the time to answer all my questions about plans and devices. Definitely worth the visit for anyone looking to upgrade their phone or service!

Abysmal excuse for a Service Verizon has become. Why do you have a store Pop Up if you can't help with BASIC Carrier issues without having to go through 7 Layers of phone lines instead of doing it in person? Wasted 3 hours of my time at this store only for them to tell me they can't do anything. Only reason I don't give it 1 Star was because the guy helping us really did the best that he could. I had a really frustrating experience at this Verizon store. After disconnecting my Fios service, I rushed over to return my router because I was specifically told I could return it to any Verizon store. When I got there, they refused to accept it and told me they don’t handle those returns. This makes absolutely no sense—it’s a Verizon store, yet they won’t take Verizon equipment?
