Do not expect help from the children (boys) wearing Verizon shirts at this location. Recalcitrant, rude, unwilling, and spoke (mumbled) to me while still staring at their phones. Cannot (SHOULD not) be called employees.

Destiny is amazing! We were in a bind with my mother in law’s phone and she came to the rescue. She was patient, kind and reassuring. She saved the day! I can’t say enough about our positive experience because of the amazing customer service.
