I needed a new phones. I bought one here. I was told to bring back my old phone by a certain date. I came back and they told me that they couldn’t accept it because it hadn’t been wiped - of course, they didn’t tell me that it needed to be wiped. Now I’ve been in line for 20 minutes just to drop off the phone. And they told the guy in front of me that they needed his serial number which meant that they had to re- start it after he had wiped it. So I suspect they will do this to me to. This is the least helpful experience I have ever had. I am not showing up as a point of contact on my family account. I made all the adjustments online and it won’t Show up on their system. I am not allowed to get a new phone and they cannot help me at all. Their only advice was to call the help line I could have called at home. Which I waited 20 minutes for them to tell me it will take 24-48 hours to get any phone. Now I have to fly to Atlanta with a broken phone that could stop working when I need it for safety.
I went to this store to return exchange a phone and upgrade they said they couldn’t accept the phone there I would have to return it to the original store (even though it’s a corporate store like they say) so I go and return the phone 45 minutes away to the original store that I did not want to go to because it was all male employees and they were rude and very unhelpful. Hands down the worst Verizon store. The employees LOATHE helping customers and you need to beg them to talk to you
Deceptive sales practices telling family member they getting a free phone and it's not remotely free as a phone line added to the bill.
