I had a really frustrating experience at this Verizon store. After disconnecting my Fios service, I rushed over to return my router because I was specifically told I could return it to any Verizon store. When I got there, they refused to accept it and told me they don’t handle those returns. This makes absolutely no sense—it’s a Verizon store, yet they won’t take Verizon equipment? THE SALES PEOPLE AT THIS STORE ARE CON MANS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. In November 2025, I went to this store, signed up for a new phone to be delivered to me by UPS, and signed up to switch my cell phone service to Verizon. Three days later, I changed my mind. I called the store to ask them to cancel my order. The guy in the store said they can’t cancel the order, but told me to not accept the phone when it atroves, and have UPS return it to Verizon. The worker CHANGED MY PLAN without my permission. I simply asked how much I had left on one of my lines before paying it off and I came home to emails about how my plan changed. AND he added a HOTSPOT for my 93 year old mother!!!! Another time, at another location, a worker added FIOS TV to our account. SECOND TIME it's happened! IF there's a THIRD, we're LEAVING VERIZON!!!!!! SHADY CORRUPT PRACTICES!!!!! Filing a report with the FCC!!!! Bottom line is you don't CHANGE MY PLAN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
