I walked into the store today ready to buy an iPhone. The dismissive attitude I received upon walking in led me to walk right back out. For the first time ever I’m just going to buy my phone direct from the Apple Store. Much better service. It is 4/13 and I would have walked in between 6 - 6:13 PM - Verizon you should do something about that nasty sales associate.
My guy Justin helped me go from a iphone12 to 16 plus and made sure it went smooth and took his time to make sure i was straight days later i appreciate that.!!
Yuki is excellent and professional! Verizon needs to keep her at all cost. Unfortunately, another person at the downtown store was too impatient and bored to care and messed up my order, but Yuki took the time to fix it and I'm very grateful :) 10/10
