Yuki is excellent and professional! Verizon needs to keep her at all cost. Unfortunately, another person at the downtown store was too impatient and bored to care and messed up my order, but Yuki took the time to fix it and I'm very grateful :) 10/10

The staff was extremely helpful
I want to shout out Yeremy who made my experience visiting today very smooth and delightful. He deliberated with the Verizon reps on call to get my phone exchange sorted and was just an all around great, attentive person who cares about his interactions with customers. He also was extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. What would’ve normally been a rough and long-winded 2 hrs was made pleasantly bearable by his warm and friendly presence. Kudos to him.
