We walked into the store this past Saturday and the greeter at the front said that he couldn't help us with our account (we had questions on why our bill was so high) and that only chatting with an agent via our app would help us with managing our line? He seemed so lazy and didn't want to help us at all but we didn't push the issue as we didn't want to be helped by anyone like that anyways. Isn't the whole point of the store to go in person?

Best customer service I've had anywhere in a very long time. Kyle demonstrated what I thought had been lost in our society, true above and beyond customer service until the customer is happy, mission accomplished and is also walking out of the store with the much desired device.
