I cannot stress enough just how helpful Colby from Verizon was. My roommate and I had quite a few questions and complications but he was so kind and so helpful the whole way. Thank you to Colby, you made this process so much more enjoyable.
5 trips over 3 days, and stuff on my bill still doesn't look right. Had intermittent data connection and still have to keep my old phone on me just to authorize things. Updated 07/14/25 - continued issues. just received new bill. It is triple my original monthly bill when they said it might go up or down about $20. This location said they were going to put a $200 credit on this month's bill and it wasn't applied.
more than 1 hour waiting on the phone to speak with someone to help with my internet not working for oven 5 days .
The worst service ever. The rep seemed like i was an inconvenience to her. I paid a back bill, and she never told that my phone would have to be paid in full... so now I'm going to have come up with $700 which is a struggle for me seeing im on disability. Great job
