Useless. Made an appointment at this location over the phone where the man told me they could help with a trade in. Basically everyone at this location was nice to my face but couldnt help me at all and literally put me on the phone with customer service, for two and a half hours, which I can do at home. My issue was never resolved, I’m left with more stuff to do, and in fact have to drive to UPS now to send back the phone I had asked for help with at this location. Some of the least help and unfriendly people imaginable. Essentially told me to figure it out on my own and that the fault was not on Verizon’s extremely convoluted process to add your name as an account manager, but it was the fault of my mother. I can equate it to having a terrible teacher, and when everyone in the class fails the test, you blame it on the students. Terrible customer service , most the reps were busy on their phones . The ONLY one who helped me FOR 3 hours !! Still didn’t activate the phone , had to go to Rivergate next day for 2 MORE HOURS! What’s happened to these phone companies
