Today we had to switch over to a new iPhone and new apple ultra watch. I could do it myself but since we were in Nashville decided to just have Verizon do it. So glad we did! I visited this Verizon location a couple of days ago and had the pleasure of working with Marcus. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely polite and professional. I was looking to get the iPhone 17 Pro, and Marcus made the entire process smooth and easy. He explained everything clearly, and by the time I left, I had no questions. Marcus was not only friendly but also efficient—he had me in and out in about 45 minutes. Ashley, the assistant manager went above and beyond to help me. I was here for a corporate work event and I had a situation with 18 users and she got me sorted out and helped out for 18 phones and made sure all my employees were great and taken care of she’s amazing assistant manager, and it’s because of her service that I would continue to stay with Verizon and recommended to anyone. She is a perfect example of a great assistant manager, and deserves to be promoted to the highest level.
