They were awesome! I just got a new account and they helped me with all my questions and tried to credit my account as much as they could to lower my bill each month! The manager Amanda was awesome! The worker who helped set up my account whose name was Elizabeth was very helpful and wanted to help me in every possible ! She helped me get 4 new phones and a new line for my son and made sure to answer all my questions! Very pleased!
I went today with a technical issue with my phone. I had 3 live chats with it "professionals" who could not help. Walked in and Rick solved the the problem and answered a few other questions I had. Great customer service great experience.
Manager with braces and braids is a real winner. Everyone else there was helpful but this guy was born to be a middle manager in a cell phone store in Toledo. Had the same screen defect in a Google Pixel for the 4th time and he refused to call customer service to waive the fee for a new phone replacement. It'll get the same screen repair I've already had, round and round we go. I've spent over 6 hours of my time getting this phone fixed. Was I upset? You bet I was. I can't wait for the AI reply from Verizon below 👇🏻
