Walked in to purchase a phone was ignored for 20 minutes. Another customer walked in after us and was helped immediately very rude and disorganized location awful customer service

Verizon is the worst phone company that someone could ever go with all you get is dropped calls most of the time the phone won't work if I can make a recommendation for people go with AT&T phone service you will have excellent service don't go with Verizon I will never be back with Verizon again
Wanted to upgrade one of the phones on my account. Wouldnt sell me a newer iphone unless i payed over 36 months. Only tried to push iphone17. They also would not answer simple account balance questions that i had. Used to get great help at this store,... not any more. wont be back
