Didn't get a text to leave a review, so I thought I'd come here. If I could give Ryan 10 stars, I would. I went to a store before I went to Patchogue, and they were not helpful, in the least, to the point of being rude, and I ended up walking out. I had a bunch of offers on my account, and he didn't offer 1, even though he clearly scrolled through everything. Went to Patchogue on 3/7/2026 and Ryan was a breath of fresh air! Verizon’s WiFi service at home is excellent and easily one of the best in the industry but their mobile network experience has been very disappointing. Outside of home WiFi the mobile data service is extremely unreliable and often unusable, Even with the newest and latest model phones the signal shows full bars and sometimes even Ultra Wideband yet basic data tasks take forever to load or don’t work at all.
