My family made an appointment and then was ignored an hour past the appointment time. When we tried to see what was up, they tried to imply their time management was our fault by suggesting we should have simply booked on a day when we had hours free and nothing else to do. This store is a community clown college where the syllabus is you, the customer.

Todas we were attended by German, and he did an amazing job. He was very patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. I am very thankful for all his support and effort. I highly recommend him if you really want the best of all worlds. He was all in one, knowledge, capacity, expert, and patient.
