Staff is very rude and dismissive. They ignore you until you walk up to them, give you grief for asking to use the store phone (mine was near inoperable), then tell you 10 minutes in that they cannot help you as they close in an hour and that is not enough time. I was sent here by a local Verizon store because they did not have the phone I needed in stock. I'll find a different store rather than go back. I'd give zero stars if I could.

It took about 3 weeks to get my new phone i didn't receive a call when the phone came in they had receive it 3 days after I made the agreement
Amazing within the two weeks that I've been to the patchogue Verizon on main street I've had an amazing experience and wonderful help from the employees
