Great staff
Initially had a very good experience today trading in 2 phones on our plan for upgrades. But once we returned to hand in the old phones our sales rep needed to process a credit for the trade, as we waited we watched as our sales rep asked another employee (whom later stated she was the supervisor) for help multiple times and each time we watched as this supervisor berated the sales rep for not knowing how to process the credit. It will be shorter to close on a house then to do something simple at this store. Prepare to wait.
Terrible service. 2nd time in less than a year we've had trouble with this Verizon store. Called Verizon directly since the store refused to help. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Get a real manager who actually wants to help people. Seriously ridiculous!
