He was so amazing
The associate that assisted me at Houma store salvaged a 16yr customer relationship through kindness, knowledge, and active listening. Much better service than received before departing my home base in Atlanta. I was determined to switch providers before visiting the Houma location.
Process was easy and efficient
They were very nice and polite. Caring and also friendly. She did her best to help me , I appreciate the humor in the store .
