I want to thank Syndi at the Benton Verizon for taking such great care of Mom. Upgrading phones can sometimes be traumatic and Syndi went above and beyond making me feel comfortable that Mom was in good hands and would have a phone she could operate. Mom is 90 and I'm 1,100 miles away. Mom is thrilled with her "new to her" iPhone 14 Pro as her iPhone 6 was on its last leg. Thank you Syndi...keep up the great work
