Attempted to have data from old phone transferred to new phone I received in the mail the previous night. The one employee there wouldnt answer my question or help me without looking up my account, which I had expressed was a company line 3 times until finally she told me it would be $30 to help me. I left. Guess this is why so many people are jumping ship on Verizon.
Charles helped us upgrade to the latest phones. I had an issue porting my number and he helped with this.
