Went in for help because Verizon lies about their promotions. Some old guy didn’t even listen just Gave me some number that just keeps hanging up on me, even told him every other number was doing the same thing. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. T-Mobile is way more honest and easier to deal with. Verizon just seems to only care about their profits. When getting a new phone, some things can be overwhelming & intimidating. CJ was extra helpful & his expertise was really appreciated!
I went to the store to settle a death buy out. I was told on the phone things were all settled. I've made 3 trips to settle this. 100 miles round trip x3!! Today I get a bill for $1,263 overdue. Last week it was $164. I am this close to switching to AT&T!!!
