This store suuuucks so bad. The people working today were more involved with stocking phone cases than helping paying customers.. and to think I almost bought a phone through them today! 🤣 You're better off calling customer service and waiting for the 2 day shipping. Update* Three years later and there is still no one available to help you and the bald guy named Joel especially, thanks for not activating the phone, when I specifically chose the get help activating phone in store option when I ordered the phone. 🥴👍🏽
James took his time and answered all the account questions I had! He was extremely helpful!
I had a rare glitch happen to my phone that James was able to find and fix!!! Thank you a million!!!
